    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía 2026-0052, de 17 de marzo de 2026, en el que se autoriza la celebración del matrimonio civil entre &lt;strong&gt;MABF y&amp;nbsp;JTP&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de los artículos 58.1 de la Ley 20/2011, de 21 de julio, de Registro Civil, y 51 del Código Civil, en los que se establece la celebración del matrimonio por los alcaldes o concejales en quien delegue,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar en Joan Roig Abraham, concejal de este Ayuntamiento, la competencia para celebrar el matrimonio civil entre &lt;strong&gt;MABF y JTP&lt;/strong&gt;, proyectado para el día 12 de abril de 2026, a las 12:00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; La delegación debe ser documentada previamente. Para ello es suficiente que en el acta de matrimonio conste que la concejal ha actuado por delegación de la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; La delegación conferida en el presente decreto requerirá ser aceptada por el órgano delegado. Si en el plazo de tres días hábiles desde la notificación de la resolución no se ha rechazado explícitamente, debe entenderse otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y dar cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la próxima sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
