El 11 de septiembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm.125, se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, y la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía ya existentes, en el sector residencial, las administraciones públicas y el tercer sector, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo, mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 6 de septiembre de 2021, modificada por la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 19 de octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm.137, de 22 de octubre de 2022).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 1 de junio de 2025 se emitió una Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Empleo y Energía, a propuesta definitiva del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático, por la cual se conceden subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, y la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía ya existentes, en el sector residencial, las administraciones públicas y el tercer sector, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo (Programas 4 y 5) (BOIB n.º 77, de 19 de junio de 2025).</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error material en el anexo de la Resolución mencionada.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolución</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
