&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Mediante, la Resolución de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 22 de diciembre de 2014, se dispuso el cambio de domicilio y el traslado de los alumnos y los profesores del CEPA Pitiüses (BOIB núm 7, de 13 de enero). Con esta autorización el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enseñanzas autorizadas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Asimismo, mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 18 de julio de 2024, se autorizó el cambio de denominación específica del CEPA Ciutadella por la de CEPA Pilar Benejam y se autorizó la actualización del domicilio fiscal y social del centro (BOIB núm. 97, de 23 de julio). Con esta autorización el centro quedó configurado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Posteriormente, mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 2 de agosto de 2024, de corrección de errores advertidos en la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 18 de julio por la que se autorizó el cambio de denominación específica del CEPA Ciutadella por la de CEPA Pilar Benejam y se autorizó la actualización del domicilio fiscal y social del centro, se corrigió el error advertido en la dirección del CEPA Pilar Benejam, de manera que su domicilio quedó fijado en la c/ Mallorca, núm. 67, puerta A, 1ª planta, 07760 Ciutadella (BOIB núm. 103, de 6 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. En fecha 24 de marzo de 2026, el Departamento de Inspección Educativa emitió un informe favorable sobre la autorización de la implantación del plan piloto de bachillerato para personas adultas, en la modalidad general, en régimen presencial y en turno vespertino, al CEPA Pilar Benejam (Ciutadella), para el curso 2026-2027, que se iniciaría con el primer curso de bachillerato. Esta implantación queda condicionada a la existencia de un mínimo de matrícula de alumnado que haga viable su oferta formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. En fecha 1 de abril de 2026, el Departamento de Inspección Educativa emitió un informe favorable sobre la autorización de la implantación del bachillerato para personas adultas en el CEPA Pitiüses (Eivissa Vila), a partir del curso 2026-2027, en el que se proponía el traslado progresivo de las enseñanzas de bachillerato para personas adultas (BAS) actualmente impartidas en el IES Santa Maria, con el establecimiento de un plan de transición que garantice la continuidad del alumnado ya matriculado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Asimismo, en fecha 1 de abril de 2026, la Sección de Enseñanza para Personas Adultas de la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas, con el visto bueno de la directora general, emitió un informe favorable para la autorización de la implantación del bachillerato para personas adultas en los centros CEPA Pilar Benejam y CEPA Pitiüses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En este informe se disponía que se elaborarían unas instrucciones específicas que regularían la implantación, la organización y el funcionamiento de estas enseñanzas en los centros mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Con la finalidad de facilitar que las personas adultas puedan compatibilizar su formación con las responsabilidades profesionales y familiares, y con el objetivo de dar respuesta a la demanda existente de esta modalidad de enseñanza, se considera adecuada la implantación del bachillerato para personas adultas en los CEPA Pilar Benejam y CEPA Pitiüses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La implantación se llevará a cabo de manera progresiva, así se iniciará con el primer curso de bachillerato en el curso 2026-2027, y se adaptará a las características y necesidades específicas de cada centro, de acuerdo con los informes emitidos por los órganos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. El 15 de abril de 2026, la jefa del Departamento de Planificación y Centros emitió un informe favorable sobre la autorización de la implantación del bachillerato para personas adultas, en la modalidad general, en los centros CEPA Pilar Benejam, de Ciutadella, y CEPA Pitiüses, de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. El 15 de abril de 2026, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas emitió una propuesta de resolución sobre la autorización de la implantación del bachillerato en la modalidad general, en los centros CEPA Pilar Benejam, de Ciutadella, y CEPA Pitiüses, de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo), que establece, en el artículo 36.2, que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La Ley Orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. La Ley 4/2006, de 30 de marzo, de educación y formación permanentes de personas adultas de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 50, de 6 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. El Real Decreto 243/2022, de 5 de abril, por el que se establecen la ordenación y las enseñanzas mínimas del bachillerato (BOE núm. 82 de 06 de abril).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. El Decreto 85/2019, de 8 de noviembre, de ordenación de las enseñanzas de la educación secundaria para las personas adultas (BOIB núm. 153, de 9 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91, de 14 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con la propuesta formulada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas, en fecha 15 de abril de 2026, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Autorizar, con efectos del inicio del curso escolar 2026-2027, la implantación del bachillerato para personas adultas, en la modalidad general, en el CEPA Pitiüses (Eivissa Vila), que se llevará a cabo de manera progresiva, con una unidad de primer curso el curso 2026-2027 y una unidad de segundo curso el curso 2027-2028.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Disponer que la implantación en el CEPA Pitiüses se llevará a cabo mediante el traslado progresivo de las enseñanzas de bachillerato para personas adultas (BAS) actualmente impartidas en el IES Santa Maria d'Eivissa, con el establecimiento de un plan de transición que garantice la continuidad del alumnado ya matriculado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Informática (presencial continuada y turno vespertino)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;*Se impartirán o no, según las necesidades de escolarización del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Inscribir y actualizar estas autorizaciones en el Registro estatal de centros docentes no universitarios (RCD) del Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes y en el Registro autonómico de centros docentes de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades (Repositorio de centros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Comunicar esta Resolución a los centros educativos, a la Dirección General de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados, al Departamento de Gestión Económica de la Secretaría General de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades, al Departamento de Inspección Educativa (DIE) y a la Sección de Enseñanzas para Adultos de la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas para que tomen conocimiento a sus efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
