    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El gerente del Instituto municipal del Deporte, por acuerdo del Consejo Rector de 25 de julio de 2023 y por lo que dispone el art. 20 e) de los Estatutos del Instituto municipal del Deporte y el art. 92 e) del Reglamento orgánico del Gobierno y de la Administración del Ayuntamiento de Palma, ha resuelto el siguiente decreto nº. 536 de 1 de diciembre de 2025 SEGRA 808032:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Convocar el proceso selectivo con carácter libre por el sistema de concurso oposición para cubrir una plaza de jefe de área de Mantenimiento y Obras, vacante en la plantilla de personal laboral del Instituto municipal del Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Palma, perteneciente al nivel 1, dotada presupuestariamente y correspondiente a la oferta pública de empleo del ejercicio 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar las bases específicas que han de regir esta convocatoria, que se adjuntan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Autorizar el gasto correspondiente a las retribuciones básicas que son de 40.804,55€ con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 20 34000 13000, distribuido de la siguiente manera: 2.559,98€ de salario base por 15 pagas, 653,76€ de complemento de destino por 3 pagas extras y 443,57€ de paga adicional en el mes de septiembre. También, autorizar y disponer el gasto correspondiente a la cuota empresarial de la Seguridad Social de 13.538,95€ anuales, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 20 34000 16000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Instituto municipal del Deporte (IME) convoca pruebas selectivas, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, por turno libre, para la cobertura de una plaza de JEFE/A DE ÁREA DE MANTENIMIENTO Y OBRAS, vacante en la plantilla de personal laboral del Instituto municipal del Deporte (IME) del Ayuntamiento de Palma perteneciente al nivel retributivo 1, de conformidad con la Relación de Puestos de de Trabajo vigente (BOIB n.º 66, de 21 de mayo de 2022 y n.º 47 de 17 de abril de 2025), dotada presupuestariamente y correspondiente a la oferta pública de ocupación del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta convocatoria está sujeta a lo que dispone la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del Personal al servicio de les Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Estas bases tendrán en cuenta el principio de igualdad de trato entre mujeres y hombres, en cuanto al acceso al empleo, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Constitución Española, el Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, y la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de Igualdad de mujeres y hombres de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Este procedimiento selectivo se regirá por las prescripciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y por las bases generales que regulan esta convocatoria, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 16, del 1 de febrero de 2024. En lo que no esté previsto, se aplicará lo que establece el Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por lo que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público (de ahora en adelante, TREBEP) y la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo de la función pública de las Islas Baleares (en adelante LFPIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para tomar parte en las pruebas selectivas será necesario reunir las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.- Tener la nacionalidad española o cumplir los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 57 del TREBEP, en el supuesto de acceso a la función pública para nacionales de otros estados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.- Tener 16 años cumplidos y no superar la edad para la jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3.- Estar en posesión de la titulación de Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, o titulaciones equivalentes, en la fecha de finalización de la presentación de solicitudes de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el caso de titulaciones obtenidas en el extranjero, deberá acreditarse que se está en posesión de la correspondiente convalidación o de la credencial que acredite, en su caso, la homologación del título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.- Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desarrollo de las funciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5.- No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para desempeñar funciones similares a las que ejercían en el caso de personal laboral, en las que hubiera sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, el acceso al empleo público en los mismos términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6.- Antes de tomar posesión del puesto de trabajo, la persona interesada deberá hacer constar que no está sometida a ningún supuesto de incompatibilidad establecido en la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7.- Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel B2 mediante un certificado expedido por la EBAP, o bien por los títulos, diplomas y certificados homologados por la consejería competente en materia de política lingüística, o los reconocidos como equivalentes por la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de febrero de 2013 de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8.- Abonar como derecho de examen 26,52 euros dentro del plazo de admisión de instancias, sin que puedan abonarse en ningún otro momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los requisitos establecidos en los apartados anteriores tendrán que cumplirse el último día de plazo de presentación de instancias y los aspirantes tendrán que mantenerlos durante el período en que se desarrolle el procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA.- FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones genéricas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dirigir, organizar, programar, coordinar y controlar las gestiones y trámites propios de la competencia del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Controlar, coordinar y supervisar el personal adscrito al área así como impulsar, programar, organizar e implantar métodos de trabajo y planificación para la modernización, simplificación de trámites y mejora de la gestión en el ámbito del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dirigir, organizar y evaluar de manera continua los recursos del Área, para conseguir los objetivos de forma eficaz, de acuerdo a los principios de legalidad, agilidad administrativa y transparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Elaborar y emitir los informes que le requieran los órganos superiores en la materia que le sea propia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Colaborar y coordinar con el resto de áreas en las materias propias y programas de carácter transversal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Velar por la actualización de la información municipal de su competencia en las diferentes modalidades (presencial, telefónica, sitios web y sede electrónica) así como por el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente y de las normas previstas en los reglamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Responsabilizarse de la ejecución de los acuerdos adoptados que le afecten y de las propuestas de acuerdos o de resoluciones del área y supervisar el resto de actos administrativos que emita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Supervisar la tramitación de los procedimientos de los recursos interpuestos contra los actos administrativos relacionados con el área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Responsabilizarse de las DMS y las DMI de su área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Conocer y aplicar la normativa vigente que afecte los asuntos del área así como las herramientas informáticas para llevarlas a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Elaboración de memorias justificativas, pliegos técnicos de licitaciones, informes, presupuestos y asesoramiento en materias propias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Gestión y control de los contractos que sean competencia del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Asesorar y dar soporte a los órganos superiores y directivos de la Regiduría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Colaborar con los órganos de gobierno y directivos en la definición de las líneas estratégicas, definición de objetivos y temporalizar los planes de actuación, así como impulsarlos y ejecutarlos, en la materia que le es propia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cumplir y hacer cumplir al personal bajo su mando, las directrices, normas, procedimientos y acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y asumir las funciones que le sean encargadas en materia de actuación en emergencias, colaborando con el servicio de Prevención cuando se le requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cualquier otra tarea que le sea encargada por los órganos de Gobierno o superior jerárquico entre las que corresponden a la categoría de adscripción del lugar de trabajo para el buen funcionamiento del área o instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funciones específicas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Elaboración de informes, presupuestos y asesoramiento en materias propias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Confección de proyectos, dirección de obras, medidas y peritajes por los cuales está facultado en virtud del título profesional por el que haya accedido al puesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Realización de estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Coordinación de la gestión de las inversiones en las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dirección, control, redacción de pliegos y asesoramiento en materias propias del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Asesoramiento, aplicación de normativa vigente y supervisión de las nuevas inversiones, construcciones y/o reformas de las instalaciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA.- FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.-&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Se han de satisfacer las tasas para optar a las pruebas de selección de acuerdo con lo que prevé la ordenanza fiscal reguladora del Ayuntamiento de Palma accediendo al siguiente enlace https://palma.tributoslocales.es/070403/APALMA/tasas, justificante que se tendrá que adjuntar a la solicitud para participar en el concurso-oposición (ver base quinta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.-. Las personas aspirantes a las pruebas selectivas han de rellenar el impreso de solicitud/declaración responsable del cumplimiento de los requisitos, establecido por el IME que puede obtenerse a través de Internet consultando la página web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;NO SE HA DE APORTAR NINGÚN DOCUMENTO DE ACREDITACIÓN DE LOS REQUISITOS NI DE LOS MÉRITOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3.- En caso de que se haya presentado más de una solicitud, únicamente se tendrá en cuenta la solicitud con el último número de registro electrónico de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.- El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de veinte días naturales, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE). Cuando el último día del plazo sea inhábil, se entenderá prorrogado hasta el siguiente primer día hábil. Los sucesivos anuncios se publicaran únicamente en la web del IME y, si procede, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5.- La falsedad de los datos que constan en la solicitud o en la documentación aportada como requisitos, para participar en la convocatoria, comportarán la exclusión inmediata de la persona solicitante desde el momento en que se detecta, sin perjuicio de las medidas legales que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA.- PAGO DE LA TASA DE LOS DERECHOS DE EXAMEN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La cuantía de la tasa del derecho de examen será de 26,52 euros de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4 de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la Tasa para optar a pruebas de selección de personal, que deberá abonarse dentro del plazo de presentación de instancias, sin que pueda abonarse en ningún otro momento, accediendo al siguiente enlace:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA.- ADMISIÓN DE ASPIRANTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, el órgano competente dictará resolución en el plazo máximo de un mes aprobando la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, con expresión de la causa de exclusión, en su caso. La relación de las personas admitidas y excluidas se expondrá en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios del IME, en el apartado de oferta pública de empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se concederá un plazo de diez días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación para que las personas interesadas puedan presentar las alegaciones o enmiendas que consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas, se publicará la relación definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas a través de los medios mencionados. Las posibles reclamaciones o alegaciones, si las hubiere, serán aceptadas o rechazadas en la resolución que apruebe la relación definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se hará pública de la misma forma que la relación anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas, que se publicará en la página web https://ime.palma.es/ , apartado de oferta pública de empleo. En la relación de personas excluidas se hará constar las resoluciones de las reclamaciones presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de no producirse reclamaciones en la lista provisional, se entenderá ésta elevada a definitiva sin necesidad de nueva resolución, circunstancia que se hará pública mediante diligencia, en la web del IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cualquier caso, con la publicación de la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas se hará pública la fecha, lugar y hora de realización del primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA.- TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El tribunal calificador estará formado por un presidente o presidenta, designado por el órgano competente, y cuatro vocales, que serán designados entre empleados públicos en servicio activo que reúna los requisitos exigidos en la normativa vigente. Esta designación implicará a la de los respectivos suplentes. El secretario/a será designado por votación entre los vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Podrán asistir, con voz pero sin voto, las personas representantes de las organizaciones sindicales representativas, para realizar funciones de observar y vigilar por el buen desarrollo del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de resultar necesario, el Tribunal podrá disponer de la incorporación de asesores especialistas para que le asesore para todas o algunas de las pruebas, con voz y sin voto. La abstención y recusación de los miembros del tribunal se ajustará a lo previsto en los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar sin la asistencia de la mitad de sus miembros, sean titulares o suplentes, y las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría. Siempre será necesaria la presencia del presidente y del secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVA.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE SELECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El procedimiento selectivo se llevará a cabo mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición, en turno libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA.- CALIFICACIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los ejercicios obligatorios serán eliminatorios y se puntuarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en las presentes bases reguladoras. Para poder optar a la realización de los ejercicios segundo y tercero será imprescindible haber sido calificado como “apto/a” en el ejercicio o ejercicios precedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las fechas de los ejercicios se determinarán por el tribunal después de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado y se notificará únicamente en la página web del IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el supuesto de que con posterioridad a la aprobación de estas bases se modifique la normativa reguladora del contenido del temario, serán de aplicación las referencias que se encuentren en vigor en el momento de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- PROGRAMA Y TEMARIO DE LA OPOSICIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER EJERCICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Consistirá en contestar por escrito, en un tiempo máximo de tres horas, dos temas elegidos entre cuatro temas designados por sorteo del temario específico. Se valorará hasta un máximo de 20 puntos. Cada tema se calificará de 0 a 10 puntos y será necesario obtener una calificación mínima de 10 puntos para superar este ejercicio, teniendo que conseguir un mínimo de 5 puntos por cada tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se valorará, fundamentalmente, los conocimientos expuestos sobre los temas que correspondan, así como la claridad, el orden de ideas y la cualidad de la expresión escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO EJERCICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Consistirá en resolver, en un tiempo máximo determinado por el tribunal, un supuesto práctico escogido al azar entre los propuestos por el tribunal, relacionado con las funciones propias de la plaza. Se valorará hasta a un máximo de 20 puntos, siendo necesario obtener una calificación mínima de 10 puntos para superar este ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se valorará la capacidad de razonamiento, la correcta interpretación de la normativa aplicable, si es el caso, la adecuada formulación de conclusiones y los conocimientos expuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER EJERCICIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio. Consistirá en contestar por escrito un cuestionario de 40 preguntas con cuatro respuestas alternativas sobre el contenido del temario de la parte general, y 5 más de reserva con la finalidad de convalidar sucesivamente, según el orden en el que se presentan en el cuestionario, aquellas que puedan ser objeto de anulación. El tiempo máximo para desarrollar este ejercicio será de 60 minutos. El ejercicio se calificará de 0 a 20 puntos, siendo necesario obtener una puntuación mínima de 10 puntos para superar este ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Las preguntas no resueltas, tanto si figuran las cuatro opciones en blanco como si figuran con más de una respuesta, no se valorarán. Las preguntes con respuesta errónea serán penalizadas con un tercio del valor asignado a la respuesta correcta. Per efectuar la calificación del ejercicio se aplicará la siguiente fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

NO SE TENDRÁN QUE PRESENTAR HASTA QUE FINALICE LA FASE DE OPOSICIÓN y sean requeridos por parte del órgano competente en el plazo de 10 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La acreditación de los méritos se tiene que hacer a través de la Sede Electrónica del IME, por Registro Electrónico General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán aquellos que estén adecuada y claramente acreditados de acuerdo con los baremos de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los méritos que se valorarán se basarán en la experiencia profesional, cursos de formación, idiomas y titulaciones académicas exclusivamente relacionadas con las funciones propias de la plaza a cubrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No se tendrá en cuenta la remisión a otros expedientes de convocatorias anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Administración puede, en cualquier momento, exigir o comprobar la acreditación de los méritos alegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La acreditación de trabajos realizados en la administración pública deberá realizarse mediante un certificado de servicios prestados&lt;/strong&gt; del organismo correspondiente, en el cual se ha de constar: tiempo trabajado, categoría, grupo o nivel y vinculación con la Administración (funcionario de carrera, funcionario interino o personal laboral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La acreditación de trabajos con entidades públicas empresariales (entidades de derecho público sometidas al derecho privado), consorcios, fundaciones del sector público, sociedades del sector público y empresas privadas deberá realizarse mediante el certificado de vida laboral. La acreditación de la categoría y de las funciones desempeñadas deberá hacerse mediante el contrato laboral o un certificado de la empresa&lt;/strong&gt;, del consorcio o de la fundación correspondiente, o por cualquier otro medio que permita acreditar la categoría y las funciones ejercidas. NO SERÁ VÁLIDA UNA CARTA DE LA EMPRESA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los méritos a valorar son los que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experiencia profesional&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Servicios prestados en una empresa privada ejerciendo funciones de naturaleza o contenido técnico análogos a los de la plaza convocada: 0,05 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 7 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Servicios prestados en el sector público ejerciendo funciones de naturaleza o de contenido técnico análogos a los de la plaza convocada: 0,07 puntos por mes, hasta un máximo de 7 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación máxima es de 7 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cursos de formación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se valorará la formación específica y relacionada con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada. La valoración de este criterio se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por la Escuela municipal de Formación, el Instituto nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), la Administración del Estado, la autonómica o la local, las organizaciones sindicales firmantes de los acuerdos de formación continua de las administraciones públicas, las universidades y las escuelas técnicas, o los homologados por cualquiera de estas instituciones. En este apartado se incluyen los cursos de formación ocupacional impartidos o promovidos por el Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares (SOIB), y por otras entidades u organismos locales, autonómicos o estatales con competencias en materia de formación ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los cursos pueden tener cualquier duración. Los créditos de aprovechamiento suponen a los de asistencia; es decir, no se pueden acumular la asistencia y el aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;No se valoran las asignaturas encaminadas a obtener las titulaciones académicas. Tampoco se valoraran los cursos de doctorado ni la impartición de asignaturas a la Universidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La hora de impartición se valora con 0,007 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La hora de aprovechamiento se valora con 0,005 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La hora de asistencia se valora con 0,002 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un crédito equivale a 10 horas de formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación máxima es de 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Titulaciones académicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Estudios que se valoran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.1. Se valoran en este apartado las titulaciones académicas, el carácter oficial o la equivalencia de las cuales tenga reconocidos y establecidos el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deportes, &lt;strong&gt;cuando estén directamente relacionados con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.2. La valoración como mérito de un título, implica que no se valora el de nivel inferior o el 1r ciclo que sea imprescindible para obtenerlo, excepto en el supuesto del título de máster oficial o título propio de postgrado, en el que sí se puede valorar la licenciatura o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.3. Teniendo en cuenta el apartado anterior, se valorarán las titulaciones del mismo nivel académico o superior, o de nivel inferior a las exigidas como requisitos, sin que en ningún caso se pueda valorar la acreditada como requisito ni la que sea imprescindible para obtenerlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.1. Estudios universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.1.1 Por cada título de estudios oficiales de doctor: 6 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.1.2 Título de estudios oficiales de máster, licenciatura, grado o ingeniería o arquitectura: 5,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.1.3 Título de estudios oficiales de diplomatura, grado, ingeniería técnica o arquitectura técnica: 4,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.2. Estudios no universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.2.1 Por cada titulación académica de técnico superior de formación profesional o equivalente: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.2.2 Per cada titulación académica de técnico de formación profesional, de bachillerato, o equivalente: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación máxima es de 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Idiomas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per estar en posesión del certificado acreditativo de conocimientos de idiomas, certificados oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivel B1: 0,25 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivel B2: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivel C1: 0,75 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivel C2: 1 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación máxima es de 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conocimiento de lengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Conocimientos orales y escritos de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se valorarán los certificados expedidos u homologados per el EBAP o la Dirección General de Política Lingüística. La puntuación en cada caso será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Nivel C2: 0,75 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (certificado LA): 0,25 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuación máxima es de 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Total de la puntuación de la fase de concurso: 20 puntos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA BOLSA DE INTERINOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El presente procedimiento selectivo generará una bolsa de trabajo de la cual se podrán nombrar, por orden de puntuación final, las persones que figuren en la bolsa de candidatos teniendo preferencia aquellos que hayan superado algún ejercicio del proceso selectivo, tal y como se indica en la disposición adicional primera del Real Decreto 896/1991, 7 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INTERPOSICIÓN DE RECURSO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra la convocatoria y las presentes bases, que agotan la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas podrán interponer recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes delante del mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, se podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes nombrado y los artículos 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, delante del Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
