La Instrucción 1/2021, del Presidente del IMAS, de 29 de enero, de establecimiento de los criterios generales para la ocupación temporal de puestos de trabajo del IMAS por medio de comisiones de servicio.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En esta convocatoria se puede presentar el personal funcionario de carrera del IMAS, del Consejo de Mallorca, de otras administraciones locales y administraciones autonómicas, en situación administrativa de servicio activo que reúna los requisitos exigidos referentes a grupo/subgrupo, escala, subescala, clase, especialidad, conocimientos de lengua catalana y otros requisitos del puesto de trabajo, especificados en la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>2. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">a) El plazo para presentar solicitudes empieza el día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) y finaliza en el plazo de siete días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el BOIB.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

El deber de relacionarse con el IMAS por medios telemáticos incluirá la obligación de recibir notificaciones electrónicas en el caso de aquellos actos o incidencias que requieran una comunicación personal.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>3. FORMA DE ACREDITAR</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Acreditación de requisitos</strong>: Con la solicitud se deben adjuntar electrónicamente los documentos acreditativos de la titulación o titulaciones y de los otros requisitos que se exigen en la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Para el personal del IMAS se expedirá de oficio <strong>un</strong> <strong>certificado del expediente personal</strong> que acredita los servicios prestados en el IMAS y los méritos alegados que consten en su expediente.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>4. DURACIÓN</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La duración inicial de esta comisión es de doce meses, prorrogable a instancia del órgano correspondiente.</span></span></span></p>
