&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El 16 de enero de 2026 mediante el GOIBE33045/2026 tuvo entrada en la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático la solicitud de la entidad Bosetia Investments, SL, con NIF B87769543, por la que solicitan la puesta en servicio de la modificación de la instalación fotovoltaica para autoconsumo sin excedentes situada en el camino de Els Reis, 308, 07010 Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. El 13 de febrero de 2026 se iniciaron las consultas a las administraciones y entidades previsiblemente afectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. El 14 de febrero de 2026 se publicó en el BOIB n.º 21 el anuncio de información pública durante un plazo de 30 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. El 17 de febrero de 2026 Redexis, presentó un escrito con número de referencia AFD-IB08/2026 confirmando la no existencia de afecciones a la red de gas de distribución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. El 26 de febrero de 2026 la Agencia Balear del Agua y la Calidad Ambiental (Abaqua) emitió dos informes: uno del Área de Construcción y Gestión de Abastecimiento y Desaladoras en el que indicaba que, en base a la información facilitada, no existe ninguna interferencia con las actividades descritas; y otro del Área de Planificación y Construcción de Saneamiento y Depuración en el que indicaba la ausencia de interferencias directas sobre sus instalaciones y cañerías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. El 13 de marzo de 2026 Telefónica de España, SAU, emitió un informe en el que indicaba que no tenía objeción en cuanto a la ejecución del proyecto, pero que si pueden tener afectaciones a la línea telefónica de su propiedad en varios puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. El 20 de marzo de 2026 el Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico del Consejo de Mallorca emitió un informe en el que indicaba que no se ha detectado ninguna afección al lugar donde se ejecutarán las actuaciones del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. El 20 de marzo de 2026 la Dirección General de Salud Pública de la Consejería de Salud emitió un informe favorable condicionado al cumplimiento del proyecto de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. El 24 de marzo de 2026 Red Eléctrica de España, SA, emitió una respuesta con referencia PET000004400, en la que comunicaba que no presenta oposición al proyecto, puesto que no existen afecciones a instalaciones de su titularidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10. El 25 de marzo de 2026 la Dirección General de Movilidad de la Consejería de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad emitió un informe en el que indicaba que están pendientes de recibir el informe de la empresa ferroviaria afectada y, por lo tanto, no pueden emitir el correspondiente informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;11. Los técnicos de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático han examinado la documentación aportada y han emitido un informe en el que se concluye, sin entrar a valorar técnicamente el proyecto, que se han cumplido los trámites requeridos en el procedimiento de autorización administrativa previa y de autorización administrativa de construcción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;12. Con fecha 8 de abril de 2026, el director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático formuló una propuesta de resolución favorable al otorgamiento de la autorización administrativa previa y de la autorización administrativa de construcción de la instalación fotovoltaica para autoconsumo IF Hospital Palmaplanas fase III, la cual se notificó al promotor con el fin de que pudiera formular observaciones o poner de manifiesto posibles errores u omisiones antes de dictar la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;13. Con fecha 14 de abril de 2026 el representante autorizado por el promotor dio el visto bueno a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. La Ley 2/2020, de 15 de octubre, de medidas urgentes y extraordinarias para el impulso de la actividad económica y la simplificación administrativa en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. El Real Decreto Ley 23/2020, de 23 de junio, por el que se aprueban medidas en materia de energía y en otros ámbitos para la reactivación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. La Ley 10/2019, de 22 de febrero, de Cambio Climático y Transición Energética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. La Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria y energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. El Real Decreto 413/2014, de 6 de junio, por el que se regula la actividad de producción de energía eléctrica a partir de fuentes de energía renovables, cogeneración y residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. El Decreto 96/2005, de 23 de septiembre, de aprobación definitiva de la revisión del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 33/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. La Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;8. La Ley 3/2019, de 31 de enero, Agraria de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9. El Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 28 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Evaluación Ambiental de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;10. El Real Decreto 1183/2020, de 29 de diciembre, de acceso y conexión a las redes de transporte y distribución de energía eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;12. El Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;13. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;14. La Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía 24 de julio de 2025 de delegación de competencias y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;15. El Real Decreto 997/2025, de 5 de noviembre, por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes para el reforzamiento del sistema eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;— Potencia total instalada con la ampliación: 1.650 kW.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;— Modalidad: autoconsumo sin excedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La instalación se clasifica en el grupo b.1.1, «Instalaciones que únicamente utilizan la radiación solar como energía primaria mediante la tecnología fotovoltaica», de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;2 del Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;413/2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Aprobar el proyecto de ejecución firmado el 22 de enero de 2026 por Jordi Quer Sopeña, sin entrar a valorar técnicamente su&amp;nbsp; contenido, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones de los informes emitidos por las administraciones consultadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Disponer que, antes del inicio de las obras, el promotor tiene que presentar a la Dirección General de Economía Circular,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Transición Energética y Cambio Climático la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;— Justificante de haber liquidado ante el ayuntamiento la tributación municipal correspondiente, tal y como prevé el&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;artículo 29 del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;— Declaración responsable del promotor en la que se compromete a la correcta gestión de los residuos una vez que&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; finalizada su vida útil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Indicar que, una vez ejecutadas las instalaciones objeto de esta autorización, el titular tiene que presentar la solicitud de puesta en servicio, a la que tiene que adjuntar un certificado de final de obra subscrito por un técnico facultativo, así como las pruebas&amp;nbsp; reglamentarias y el resto de documentación que exige la reglamentación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;Informar que esta autorización se concede sin perjuicio de las concesiones y autorizaciones que sean necesarias relativas a las &amp;nbsp;licencias municipales, la ordenación del territorio y el medio ambiente, y a cualesquiera otras motivadas por disposiciones que le sean aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Notificar esta resolución al interesado y publicarla en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
