&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local y de acuerdo con las competencias que por ley se me confieren,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
