&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El Decreto 34/2019 de 10 de mayo (BOIB núm. 66, de 16 de mayo), establece la ordenación, la organización y el currículum de los niveles básico, intermedio y avanzado de las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial impartidas en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;La&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Resolución del Consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional, de día 26 de mayo de 2022 dicta las instrucciones para regular el proceso de admisión y matriculación de los alumnos en las Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. De acuerdo con el tercer punto de la mencionada Resolución, la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros publicará una resolución del calendario de admisión y matriculación en las escuelas oficiales de idiomas que ha de regir para cada curso académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. El Estatuto de autonomía de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero (BOE núm. 51, de 1 de marzo), reformado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero (BOE núm. 52, de 1 de marzo, y suplemento en catalán núm. 9, de 16 de marzo), que en el artículo 36.2 establece que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 27 y 149.1.30.ª de la Constitución española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo de educación (BOE núm.106, de 4 de mayo), en redacción dada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de diciembre), por la cual se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, incluye las enseñanzas de idiomas dentro de las enseñanzas del sistema educativo y les da la consideración de régimen especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de Educación de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, que regula en el art. 34 del capítulo VII los estudios de régimen especial y, en concreto, la enseñanza de idiomas (artículo 35).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. El Decreto 64/2019 de 2 de agosto (BOIB núm. 107, de 3 de agosto), por el cual se establece el régimen de admisión de los alumnos de los centros sostenidos total o parcialmente con fondos públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las&lt;em&gt; Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; establece que la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas es competente en las enseñanzas de régimen especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. La Resolución del Consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional, de día 26 de mayo de 2022 por la cual se dictan las instrucciones para regular el proceso de admisión y matriculación de los alumnos en las Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. La Ley 11/1998, de 14 de diciembre, sobre el régimen específico de tasas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y el artículo 39.1 de la Ley 6/2025, de 23 de julio, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;queda prorrogada la Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e inovación de 12 de septiembre de 2025 por la cual se establece la actualización de las bases, los tipos de gravamen y las cuotas tributarias de las tasas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; para el año 2025 (BOIB núm.123, de 16 de septiembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Por todo esto, y al amparo del artículo 16 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aprobar el calendario del proceso de admisión y de matriculación de los alumnos a las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; para el curso 2026-2027. Este calendario figura en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Los procesos de preinscripción y matriculación a las enseñanzas de idiomas de régimen especial se realizarán de manera telemática a través de la página web de cada centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Las personas que aporten un certificado oficial de los niveles A1, A2, B1, B2 o C1 emitido por las instituciones reconocidas en la normativa vigente, podrán acceder al nivel o curso siguiente al acreditado por el certificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. La entrega de la documentación que acompaña la preinscripción o la matrícula se realizará también por vía telemática a través de los medios establecidos por cada uno de los centros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Las publicaciones de listas, o de resultados y la presentación de posibles reclamaciones o alegaciones incluidas en el calendario de admisión y matriculación que se aprueba en esta Resolución se realizarán también de manera telemática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Los centros deben dar publicidad a las correspondientes instrucciones de la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas para llevar a cabo los procesos telemáticos y las publicarán en su página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Notificar esta Resolución a los directores de los centros para que la apliquen en su centro y para que la den a conocer en toda la comunidad educativa. Esta Resolución se publicará en la página web de cada centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Disponer que esta Resolución se publique en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) y tenga efectos desde el día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la Consejería de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes contado desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las &lt;em&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
