&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El vicepresidente en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 28 de marzo de 2026, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.El 24 de febrero de 2026 la persona interesada presentó una solicitud de ayuda de acuerdo con PIFO2025_1 (BOIB núm 165/2025, de 16 de diciembre de 2025 y sede electrónica 2.295,00 €) por un importe de 2.295,00 €.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2.El jefe/la jefa del servicio emitió una propuesta sobre el desistimiento de la solicitud de ayuda en base al informe que había emitido el gestor, los cuales se adjuntan a esta Resolución como anexos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2025 y 2026, subvenciones para inversiones forestales no productivas en prevención de daños forestales (BOIB núm. 165, de 16 de diciembre de 2025).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Por eso, dicto la siguiente&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.Aceptar el desistimiento de la solicitud de ayuda presentada por Maria Aurora, con NIF/NIE ***4167** (expediente núm. PIFO2025_1/145).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2.Declarar la conclusión del procedim&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iento iniciado Maria Aurora, con NIF/NIE ***4167** que dio lugar al expediente núm. PIFO2025_1/145. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.Archivar el expediente núm.PIFO2025_1/145. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución —que no agota la vía administrativa— se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
