    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Selva, en sesión celebrada el día 24 de marzo de 2026, adoptó los siguientes acuerdos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la convocatoria para el otorgamiento de una licencia temporal de autotaxi en el municipio de Selva. Temporadas 2026-2029.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar las Bases de la convocatoria para el otorgamiento de la mencionada licencia temporal de autotaxi,que constan al expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar las bases aprobadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y al tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento, a efectos de abrir el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES POR LAS QUE SE REGIRÁ LA CONCESIÓN DE UNA LICENCIA TEMPORAL MUNICIPAL DE AUTOTAXI (2026-2029) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Características de la licencia temporal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La licencia temporal de ámbito municipal de transporte público de viajeros en vehículos turismo objeto de esta norma reunirá las siguientes características:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Temporales: la licencia temporal tendrá una &lt;strong&gt;vigencia de cuatro años&lt;/strong&gt;, a contar desde la fecha de otorgamiento. Durante este período, la prestación del servicio se autorizará &lt;strong&gt;únicamente durante la temporada establecida entre el 1 de abril y el 30 de noviembre de cada año.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Personal: la autorización tendrá carácter personal y, por tanto, irá vinculada al otorgamiento de ésta a una persona que reúna los requisitos correspondientes y a un único vehículo, que igualmente reúna las características que se determinan para la adscripción de vehículos autotaxi. Sólo se puede obtener una licencia temporal por persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Intransmisibles: estas autorizaciones no pueden transmitirse en ningún caso. No está permitido el arrendamiento de las licencias temporales. El incumplimiento implica la retirada de la licencia temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Revocables: independientemente de la extinción de la autorización por caducidad, el Ayuntamiento de Selva podrá revocar la licencia temporal por incurrir en la pérdida de cualquiera de los requisitos exigidos que han motivado su otorgamiento, así como por el reiterado incumplimiento de las condiciones de prestación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Ámbito territorial: estas autorizaciones sólo habilitarán la prestación del servicio con origen en el ámbito territorial de los municipios de Selva, sin perjuicio de la posible autorización del Gobierno para prestar el servicio fuera del mismo o los acuerdos con otros municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Determinación del número total de autorizaciones: 1 licencia temporal correspondiente a la convocatoria. Se constituirá un cupo de reservas para los casos de renuncia o incumplimiento de alguno de los adjudicatarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Numeración de la licencia temporal: la numeración de la licencia temporal correspondiente a la presente convocatoria será la número 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Procedimiento de autorización&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1.- Inicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aprobada la convocatoria, se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) así como en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Selva. Al día siguiente de la publicación determinará el inicio del plazo de diez (10) días hábiles por la presentación de las solicitudes y la documentación anexa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.- Requisitos de los solicitantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los requisitos exigidos a los solicitantes para optar a la concesión de las autorizaciones, serán los que se detallan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.1.-&lt;/strong&gt; Quien opte como titular de licencia ordinaria deberá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Disponer de una licencia municipal de transporte público de viajeros en vehículos turismo en Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Estar en activo en el momento del inicio de la convocatoria. Por eso, deberá presentar acreditación del cumplimiento de la declaración de estar de alta ante la Administración Tributaria y en el régimen especial de trabajadores autónomos de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Compromiso de destinar al servicio un vehículo que esté homologado para el servicio municipal del taxi de Selva, para la temporada 2026:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pueden adscribirse vehículos que estén convenientemente homologados para el servicio y que tengan una antigüedad máxima de 10 años a contar desde la fecha de primera matriculación para el año en curso.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Deberá cumplir las estipulaciones descritas en la base 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Cumplir las obligaciones fiscales, sociales y laborales establecidas por la legislación vigente que le sean de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Disponer del permiso de conducir clase B con una antigüedad mínima de un (1) año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.2.&lt;/strong&gt;- Quien opte como asalariado deberá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Acreditar el hecho de haber sido contratado por el titular de una licencia municipal de transporte público de viajeros en vehículos turismo, como mínimo durante 12 meses ininterrumpidos, o 24 meses en diferentes períodos, durante este período de 5 años antes del inicio del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Compromiso de destinar al servicio un vehículo que esté homologado para el servicio municipal del taxi de Selva, para la temporada 2026:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pueden adscribirse vehículos que estén convenientemente homologados para el servicio y que tengan una antigüedad máxima de 10 años a contar desde la fecha de primera matriculación para el año en curso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Deberá cumplir las estipulaciones descritas en la base 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Cumplir las obligaciones fiscales, sociales y laborales establecidas por la legislación vigente que le sean de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Disponer del permiso de conducir clase B con una antigüedad mínima de un (1) año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.- Solicitudes y documentación a presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.1.&lt;/strong&gt;- La solicitud se presentará mediante instancia firmada por el solicitante en el registro general, en cualquiera de las formas previstas por el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo tendrá una duración de diez (10) días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que el último día del cómputo del plazo sea sábado o festivo, el plazo se prorrogará automáticamente hasta el siguiente día hábil. Cuando se publiquen anuncios de corrección de errores, rectificaciones o aclaraciones, el plazo de presentación de proposiciones se computará a partir de la fecha del nuevo anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La presentación de las proposiciones presupone la aceptación, por parte del interesado, de las condiciones de prestación del servicio, derechos y obligaciones, supuestos de revocación, plazos de duración, así como las demás condiciones contenidas en el acto administrativo que determine la adjudicación, junto con el resto de las condiciones establecidas en la presente norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.2.&lt;/strong&gt;- Cada solicitante presentará la instancia utilizando los modelos recogidos en los anexos, que acompañará de los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Instancia de solicitud cumplimentada (Anexo I) donde figura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Datos personales del solicitante donde debe figurar nombre completo, DNI/CIF, dirección postal, teléfono, dirección electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Número de licencia en caso de titulares de una licencia de taxi en el municipio de Selva que opten a la licencia de carácter temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Número de licencia en la que ha sido contratado en caso de asalariados que opten a la licencia de carácter temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) Declaración responsable del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Declaración responsable (Anexo II) donde el solicitante se responsabiliza de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Compromiso de adscribir a la licencia temporal un vehículo de acuerdo con lo que establece la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Compromiso de aportar una póliza de seguro de forma ilimitada (o al menos por importe de 50 millones de euros) por su responsabilidad civil por los daños causados ​​con ocasión del transporte, en el supuesto de conseguir una licencia temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) No estar sometido a las prohibiciones para contratar recogidas en el artículo 71 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) Disponer del permiso de conducción vigente con una antigüedad mínima de un (1) año y no haber agotado los puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;e) Disponer de una determinada puntuación, según sea titular o asalariado, atendiendo a los baremos especificados en el apartado 2.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Con el fin de evitar irregularidades y contradicciones, se determina que el solicitante que falsee la documentación, una vez acreditado tal extremo, quedará automáticamente excluido del procedimiento de otorgamiento de licencias temporales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.4.- Lista provisional de admitidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, la Corporación elaborará la lista provisional de admitidos, que será publicada en la página web municipal, abriéndose un plazo de tres (3) días hábiles para que los interesados puedan subsanar sus solicitudes o, en su caso, alegar lo que convenga a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.5.- Lista definitiva de admitidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo para la presentación de alegaciones sin que se hubiesen presentado o, en su caso, resueltas éstas, se aprobará la lista definitiva de admitidos, que será publicada en la página web municipal, donde quedarán clasificados según lo dispuesto en el apartado siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. 6.- Criterios de adjudicación de las licencias temporales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El procedimiento de adjudicación se regirá por la preferencia de los titulares, de conformidad con lo que prevé el artículo 52.4 de la Ley 4/2014, de 20 de junio, de transportes terrestres y movilidad sostenible de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se reservará la autorización para el titular de la única licencia de taxi del municipio de Selva. En caso de que el titular no la solicite, la autorización podrá otorgarse a un asalariado del término municipal que cumpla los requisitos establecidos. En este supuesto, se aplicarán los siguientes criterios de valoración, para determinar el orden de adjudicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vehículo 0 emisiones / ECO con antigüedad hasta 3 años: 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vehículo 0 emisiones/ECO con antigüedad de 3 a 7 años: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vehículo 0 emisiones/ECO con antigüedad de 7 a 10 años: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vehículo distintivo C con antigüedad hasta 5 años: 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Vehículo distintivo C con antigüedad hasta 10 años: 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de que se presenten más solicitudes que número de licencias a otorgar, se constituirá un cupo de reserva para cubrir eventuales renuncias o vacantes sobrevenidas, formado por las solicitudes no adjudicadas, ordenadas de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La licencia temporal se otorgará a aquella persona solicitante que obtenga la mayor puntuación. En caso de empate, si hay más solicitantes que licencias temporales a otorgar, se efectuará un sorteo público entre los solicitantes que obtengan la misma puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.7.- Aprobación de la lista ordenada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Corporación aprobará mediante Decreto de Alcaldía, la lista ordenada de solicitantes, integrada exclusivamente por la persona titular de la única licencia de taxi del municipio o, si ésta no presenta solicitud, por los asalariados que hayan concurrido, ordenados de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida según los criterios establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta lista se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios y en la web municipal, a efectos de notificación individual a la persona que resulte adjudicataria, a la que se otorgará un plazo para aportar la documentación necesaria para completar el expediente de autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La publicación de esta lista ordenada equivale a la concesión provisional de la autorización temporal, cuya eficacia quedará condicionada a la presentación de la documentación que sigue y en los plazos que se señalan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.8.- Documentación a presentar para la adjudicación definitiva y comienzo de la prestación del servicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La eficacia del otorgamiento de la licencia temporal estará condicionada a la presentación por parte del interesado de la siguiente documentación en el plazo de diez (10) días hábiles desde la publicación a que se refiere el apartado anterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificados acreditativos de hallarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social establecidas en la legislación vigente con una antigüedad máxima de 6 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Permiso de conducción vigente y certificado acreditativo de los puntos del carné expedido por la DGT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
	&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Acreditación de disponibilidad de un vehículo turismo, que cuente con una inspección técnica de vehículos (ITV) en vigor, en régimen de propiedad, usufructo, arrendamiento financiero o leasing, que reúna las características técnicas que haya hecho constar en el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Copia del contrato para cubrir de forma ilimitada la responsabilidad civil por los daños que se causen con ocasión del servicio, y durante el tiempo de vigencia de la autorización con ocasión de daños ocasionados por razón del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Copia del contrato con entidad bancaria que acredite que se dispone de un sistema de cobro mediante tarjetas de crédito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En su caso, acreditación de disponer de un conductor asalariado con los permisos de conducir B o superior con una antigüedad mínima de un (1) año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Para los conductores asalariados, y únicamente a efectos de acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, deberá aportarse el siguiente documento: Certificado de vida laboral expedido por la Seguridad Social, o cualquier otro documento que acredite de forma fehaciente el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para optar a la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Justificante del Registro Central de Penados del Ministerio de Justicia actualizado a fecha de la presente convocatoria, de ausencia de antecedentes penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Pago de la tasa por licencias de autotaxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificado expedido por la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, en el que se acredite que la persona interesada no ha sido sancionada por resolución firme en los dos últimos años por las infracciones calificadas como muy graves de las previstas en el Real Decreto 1428/2003, de 21 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Circulación para el vehículos a motor y seguridad vial aprobado por Real Decreto legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial (ahora el vigente Real decreto legislativo 6/2015, de 30 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En caso de no tener emitido este certificado en tiempo para la presentación de solicitudes, los interesados tendrán que aportar los dos documentos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Solicitud de la cita (acreditando que se han solicitado antes de la finalización del plazo de presentación de documentación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El anexo III cumplimentado con la declaración jurada de que no ha sido sancionado por resolución firme en los dos últimos años por las infracciones calificadas como muy graves de las previstas en el Real Decreto 1428/2003, de 21 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento general de circulación para la aplicación y desarrollo del texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico 339/1990, de 2 de marzo. Sin embargo, el solicitante deberá aportar el certificado cuando lo obtenga o podrá ser consultado por el Ayuntamiento de Selva cuando conste el consentimiento expreso del interesado (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- Procedimiento para cubrir renuncias del adjudicatario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si, una vez dictada la resolución de la lista ordenada, el adjudicatario renunciase a la licencia temporal o, en su caso, ésta no llegara a adquirir eficacia por falta de presentación de la documentación requerida, la plaza correspondiente a esta licencia quedará vacante, acudiendo la Corporación, para que sea cubierta, al solicitante que corresponda según el orden de puntuación resultante y el grupo al que pertenece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La renuncia o falta de presentación de la documentación comportará la declaración de vacante de la licencia temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- Emisión de la tarjeta de transportes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El solicitante que finalmente cumpla todos los requisitos y logre el otorgamiento de una licencia temporal recibirá, por parte de la corporación, una tarjeta de transportes acreditativa del título habilitante obtenido, con indicación de la persona titular, número de taxi temporal, plazo de vigencia y matrícula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- Prestación del servicio. Derechos y obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ejercicio de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) La prestación de este servicio se efectuará exclusivamente mediante la utilización del vehículo ofrecido para la autorización temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Excepcionalmente, podrá accederse a una sustitución temporal en caso de avería o accidente. En estos casos, el interesado deberá solicitarlo a la Corporación mediante instancia que acompañará con acreditación de disponer de otro vehículo para la prestación del servicio y certificación de taller mecánico, acreditativa de la incidencia y duración estimada de su resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La Corporación, una vez comprobado que se cumplen todos los requisitos, dictará resolución autorizando la sustitución temporal y emitirá a tal fin una nueva tarjeta de transporte de carácter temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sin embargo, este supuesto, por la excepcionalidad de su régimen y dada la duración de la vigencia de la autorización temporal, no podrá exceder de quince (15) días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de duración máxima de quince (15) días de esta sustitución temporal, el titular de la autorización deberá acreditar ante la Corporación la retirada de los distintivos externos del vehículo autorizado temporalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Esta acreditación deberá producirse en el plazo máximo de tres (3) días hábiles desde la finalización del período de quince (15) días, sin que, en ningún caso, ambos vehículos puedan simultanear la prestación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Los titulares de las licencias temporales deberán hallarse de forma ininterrumpida dados de alta en el régimen especial de los trabajadores autónomos durante los períodos en que se preste efectivamente el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;c) Los titulares tendrán que asegurar la prestación del servicio durante todos los días correspondientes al plazo de vigencia de la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d) Una vez concluido el período de vigencia de la licencia temporal, las personas adjudicatarias quedarán obligadas a eliminar del vehículo todos los signos externos identificativos de la actividad y acreditarlo en el plazo máximo de un mes (1) desde su finalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2.- Régimen tarifario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cualquier caso, las tarifas que resultaran de aplicación serán las mismas que sean de aplicación para las licencias de carácter ordinario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Disponibilidad y características del vehículo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Los aspirantes tendrán que acreditar la disponibilidad de un vehículo turismo apto para la prestación del servicio público, con un máximo de cinco plazas y con la inspección técnica de vehículos en vigor. El vehículo podrá estar en régimen de propiedad, usufructo, arrendamiento financiero o leasing, y deberá reunir las siguientes características técnicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Antigüedad máxima de diez años, contados desde la fecha de matriculación hasta la fecha límite de presentación de la documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Instalación de un aparato taxímetro. Dado el volumen previsto de solicitudes de instalación, se aceptará la presentación de una cita con la empresa instaladora autorizada en el mes de junio. Asimismo, será obligatorio el uso de la aplicación taxímetro con las tarifas oficiales establecidas para el municipio de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Sistema GPS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Color blanco, luz verde identificativa e indicación de tarifa en el panel superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cuanto a la identificación externa e imagen del vehículo, éste deberá presentar una imagen exterior plenamente homogénea con la del vehículo adscrito a la licencia municipal de taxi existente en el municipio de Selva, y deberá ser visualmente idéntico en cuanto a colores, distintivos, rotulación, ubicación de los elementos identificativos y cualquier otro elemento externo que permita su identificación como taxi municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A estos efectos, el vehículo deberá incorporar los mismos elementos de identificación externa, con igual disposición, dimensiones y características, que el taxi autorizado en el municipio, sin que pueda presentar diferencias que dificulten su identificación o que puedan generar confusión entre los usuarios del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Asimismo, el vehículo deberá incorporar de forma visible e inequívoca la indicación de su condición de autorización estacional, mediante la inclusión del número de autorización estacional asignado por el Ayuntamiento de Selva y de la leyenda “Estacional”, en los mismos puntos del vehículo y con el mismo formato en el que figuran los números de licencia de los taxis de carácter fijo, o en aquellos que determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El cumplimiento de todas estas condiciones deberá acreditarse mediante informe o certificado de conformidad emitido por los servicios municipales competentes o, en su caso, por la estación de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se permite la utilización de placas imantadas, siempre que respeten íntegramente las especificaciones de identificación establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- Régimen sancionador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El incumplimiento, por parte de la persona titular de una autorización temporal, de las condiciones de prestación del servicio o la pérdida de alguna de las condiciones exigidas para su obtención determinaría la apertura del correspondiente expediente, de modo que podrá ser sancionada, después de la oportuna tramitación, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la normativa general de transportes y, en su caso, de la normativa local que resulte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- Revocación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Ayuntamiento podrá revocar la autorización, que no tendrá carácter de sanción, por incurrir en la pérdida de cualquiera de los requisitos exigidos, así como por el reiterado incumplimiento de las condiciones de prestación del servicio, lo que supondrá la pérdida de todos los derechos vinculados a la autorización y la imposibilidad de prestar el servicio que ésta amparaba. Antes de resolver la revocación de cualquier autorización, será preceptivo el trámite de audiencia a la persona interesada. La revocación, como cualquier otro acto administrativo, podrá recurrirse en vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Que cumple todos los requisitos establecidos en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Que se compromete a adscribir a la licencia temporal un vehículo que cumpla con las condiciones técnicas exigidas en la base 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Que se compromete a disponer, en caso de resultar adjudicatario/a, de una póliza de seguro de responsabilidad civil ilimitada o, como mínimo, por importe de 50 millones de euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. Que no se encuentra incurso/a en ninguna de las prohibiciones para contratar previstas en el artículo 71 de la Ley 9/2017, de contratos del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Que dispone de permiso de conducción en vigor, con una antigüedad mínima de un (1) año, y que no ha agotado la totalidad de los puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Que cumple con las obligaciones fiscales, laborales y con la Seguridad Social establecidas en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;7. Que la información y documentación aportada es veraz, comprometiéndose a su acreditación cuando sea requerido/a por la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
