&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley 1/2024, de 7 de junio, por la que se regulan las enseñanzas artísticas superiores y se establece la organización y equivalencias de las enseñanzas artísticas profesionales expone que las enseñanzas artísticas superiores forman parte de la educación superior y están integradas en el Marco Español de Calificaciones para la Educación Superior (MECES) en el mismo nivel que los títulos universitarios a los que son equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 5 de la misma Ley 1/2024 hace especial mención a que los estudios de grado en enseñanzas artísticas superiores tienen como finalidad la obtención por parte del alumnado de una formación general, en una o varias disciplinas, y una formación especializada orientada al ejercicio profesional. El contenido básico de los títulos de grado en enseñanzas artísticas superiores de las correspondientes disciplinas en las Illes Balears queda fijado, respectivamente, mediante el Decreto 43/2013, de 6 de septiembre, por el que se establece en las Illes Balears el plan de estudios de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores conducentes al Título Superior de Diseño de las Especialidades de Diseño Gráfico, Diseño de Interiores, Diseño de Moda y Diseño de Producto y se regula su evaluación; el Decreto 4/2017, de 13 de enero, por el que se establece el plan de estudios de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores conducentes al Título Superior de Música de las especialidades de Composición, Interpretación, Musicología y Pedagogía y se regula su evaluación, y finalmente el Decreto 26/2014, de 13 de junio, por el que se establece el plan de estudios de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores conducentes al Título Superior de Arte Dramático en la especialidad de interpretación y se regula su evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Real Decreto 1614/ 2009, de 26 de octubre, por el que se establece la ordenación de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores reguladas por la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación que determina que el número total de créditos establecido en los planes de estudios para cada curso académico será de 60 y que esta asignación de créditos y la estimación de su correspondiente número de horas, se entenderá referida a un estudiante dedicado a cursar a tiempo completo estudios durante un mínimo de 36 y un máximo de 40 semanas por curso académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo de educación (LOE), modificada por la Ley orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, establece en su disposición adicional quinta que el calendario escolar será fijado anualmente por las administraciones educativas. Esta misma ley, mediante el artículo 58, determina que las enseñanzas artísticas superiores regularán su normativa de desarrollo reglamentario y los preceptos que les sean aplicables de la LOE por la Ley 1/2024, de 7 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Los centros de enseñanzas artísticas superiores de las Illes Balears, para poder dar la mejor respuesta educativa e institucional, deben poder planificar y organizar correctamente el curso académico 2026-2027 dentro del marco de sus planes de estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. En fecha 11 de marzo de 2026, el director general de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores informó sobre la necesidad de dictar una resolución que regule y establezca el calendario académico de los centros de enseñanzas artísticas superiores de las Illes Balears para el curso 2026-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, modificada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que establece en el artículo 36.2 que, en materia de enseñanza, corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la competencia de desarrollo legislativo y de ejecución de la enseñanza en toda su extensión, niveles y grados, modalidades y especialidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Ley 1/2024, de 7 de junio, por la que se regulan las enseñanzas artísticas superiores y se establece la organización y equivalencias de las enseñanzas artísticas profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La disposición adicional tercera de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Real decreto 1614/2009, de 26 de octubre, por el que se establece la ordenación de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores reguladas por la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El Decreto 43/2013, de 6 de septiembre, por el que se establece en las Illes Balears el plan de estudios de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores conducentes al Título Superior de Diseño de las especialidades de Diseño Gráfico, Diseño de Interiores, Diseño de Moda y Diseño de Producto y se regula su evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El Decreto 4/2017, de 13 de enero, por el que se establece el Plan de estudios de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores conducentes al Título Superior de Música de las especialidades de Composición, Interpretación, Musicología y Pedagogía y se regula su evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. El Decreto 26/2014, de 13 de junio, por el que se establece el Plan de estudios de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores conducentes al Título Superior de Arte Dramático en la especialidad de Interpretación y se regula su evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. La Orden del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación, del 11 de noviembre de 2019, por la que se regulan en las Illes Balears las prácticas académicas externas de los estudiantes de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. La Resolución de la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Diálogo Social de corrección de los errores advertidos en la Resolución de la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Diálogo Social, de 25 de septiembre de 2025, por la que se hace público el calendario laboral general y local para el año 2026 en el ámbito de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 129, de 27 de septiembre), modificada por la Resolución de 13 de octubre de 2025 (BOIB núm. 139, de 21 de octubre), por la Resolución de 6 de noviembre de 2025 (BOIB núm. 150, de 13 de noviembre) y por la Resolución de 27 de enero de 2026 (BOIB núm. 26, de 31 de enero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Establecer el calendario académico del curso 2026-2027 para los centros de enseñanzas artísticas superiores de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, que figura en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Disponer la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sección de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal de Instancia de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El curso académico de los centros de enseñanzas artísticas superiores tiene efectos desde el 1 de septiembre de 2026 al 31 de agosto de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se considera periodo no lectivo en el mes de agosto de 2027, excepto para las prácticas académicas externas de los centros que así las programen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Esta Resolución debe aplicarse a todos los centros educativos públicos de enseñanzas artísticas superiores de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Programación general anual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La programación general anual (PGA) de cada centro debe incluir los aspectos relativos al calendario académico del curso de acuerdo con las previsiones de esta Resolución, en concreto, el horario general del centro, los periodos de inicio y finalización de las actividades lectivas y de evaluación, las vacaciones y los días festivos, el día representativo de las enseñanzas del centro y los periodos para evaluar el Trabajo de Fin de Grado, así como cualquier posible modificación, previa autorización de la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aspectos generales del calendario para los estudios de grado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las actividades académicas de las materias y asignaturas de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores que deben ofrecerse a los estudiantes a tiempo completo deben desarrollarse durante un mínimo de 36 y un máximo de 40 semanas por curso académico. Las materias y asignaturas se organizan por semestres o anualmente de acuerdo con el plan de estudios de cada una de las enseñanzas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La actividad académica de cada semestre, además de la función de investigación para el personal docente e investigador y el tiempo de dedicación a los estudios de los estudiantes, incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La impartición de docencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La evaluación continua, que conlleva la implementación de las actividades que permiten llevar a cabo la evaluación continua de las materias y asignaturas, que deben hacerse efectivas durante el semestre, en días hábiles, sin contar sábados, domingos ni festivos, durante el mismo periodo asignado para la impartición de docencia. Excepcionalmente, el Conservatorio Superior de Música de las Illes Balears (CSMIB) puede desarrollar la actividad STAGE en sábado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La evaluación complementaria, que conlleva la organización y el desarrollo de las actividades que se requieran para llevar a cabo la evaluación complementaria, que tiene lugar después del período asignado para la impartición de la docencia durante un período de entre cinco y diez días hábiles, sin contar sábados, domingos ni festivos. La evaluación complementaria permite, tanto la recuperación de los contenidos no superados en las actividades objeto de evaluación continua que se determinen en la guía docente de la materia o asignatura, como el cumplimiento de los exámenes o las pruebas de evaluación final que se hayan programado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las materias y asignaturas que no requieran actividades objeto de evaluación complementaria para llevar a cabo la evaluación del alumnado deben continuar impartiéndose de manera simultánea a la evaluación complementaria de las materias y asignaturas que sí la tienen programada, de manera que se desarrollen durante el periodo de semanas mínimo y máximo previsto en el apartado 3.1 de este anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actividades para cumplir la evaluación continua y las que se organicen para poner en marcha la evaluación complementaria, si la hubiere, permiten practicar la evaluación ordinaria del alumnado en cada materia y asignatura. Las calificaciones que resulten de las evaluaciones mencionadas deben consignarse en el acta de evaluación ordinaria. Los centros deben establecer los criterios de calificación para determinar las calificaciones finales de cada materia o asignatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La evaluación extraordinaria, que conlleva efectuar las actividades que permitan evaluar a los estudiantes para saber si han alcanzado las competencias no alcanzadas de acuerdo con la evaluación ordinaria de la materia o asignatura y que debe llevarse a cabo una vez finalizada la evaluación ordinaria de los estudiantes. Se llevará a cabo según el calendario aprobado por cada centro. Las calificaciones que resulten de la evaluación extraordinaria deben consignarse en el acta de evaluación extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resto de las funciones previstas para el profesorado en el artículo 51 de la Ley 1/2024, de 7 de junio, y las actividades inherentes a los deberes del alumnado previstos en el artículo 47 de la citada Ley, además de las indicadas en las instrucciones anuales de organización y funcionamiento de los centros de enseñanzas artísticas superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. A principio de curso, los centros harán público en su tablero electrónico oficial las fechas máximas previstas de la entrega de calificaciones de las materias o asignaturas, atendiendo a la planificación académica y a sus guías docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el momento de la publicación de las calificaciones provisionales, el docente fijará la fecha y el lugar de la revisión de las calificaciones, teniendo en cuenta que se debe avisar a los estudiantes con una antelación de, como mínimo, 24 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriormente, cada docente firmará el acta correspondiente a su materia o asignatura de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en cada centro. En el caso de que los estudiantes no estén de acuerdo con la calificación definitiva, dispondrán de tres días naturales para presentar las reclamaciones correspondientes a la secretaría de su centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Las prácticas académicas externas pueden llevarse a cabo durante cualquier periodo del curso académico, de acuerdo con el plan de estudios de las enseñanzas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Para que los estudiantes puedan obtener el título de grado correspondiente lo antes posible, los centros deben establecer los periodos para la defensa de los Trabajos de Fin de Grado (TFG). A tal efecto, el claustro, a propuesta del equipo directivo, determinará las fechas de las dos convocatorias de los Trabajos de Fin de Grado y de los plazos de cierre de las actas. Estas fechas deberán satisfacer los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La primera convocatoria del TFG debe ser posterior a la fecha del cierre de actas de la convocatoria ordinaria del segundo semestre y como máximo el 15 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de cierre de las actas de la primera convocatoria del TFG debe ser como máximo el 22 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La segunda convocatoria del TFG y el plazo de cierre de las actas de esta deben ser como máximo el 30 de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El centro debe organizarse de manera que garantice que los estudiantes, que por su especialidad están exentos de realizar el STAGE, puedan continuar desarrollando su actividad académica durante las cuatro semanas en las que se lleve a cabo, garantizando el mínimo de semanas establecido en el apartado 3.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vacaciones académicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establecen como periodos de vacaciones, en primer lugar, del 23 de diciembre de 2026 al 6 de enero de 2027, ambos incluidos, y, en segundo lugar, del 25 de marzo al 4 de abril de 2027, también incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Festivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son días festivos todos los que se determinen con carácter general y los que lo sean en el municipio de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, a propuesta del equipo directivo, el claustro elegirá un día representativo de las enseñanzas del centro que se incluirá en la PGA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Noveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente puede modificar este calendario académico la Consejería de Educación y Universidades, si hay una causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cualquier modificación excepcional que quiera hacer un centro del calendario académico previsto con carácter general en esta Resolución, debe solicitarse con una antelación mínima de treinta días naturales a la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicidad del calendario académico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las direcciones de los centros deben informar del calendario académico al claustro y al Consejo de Centro en la primera reunión que tenga lugar tras su publicación en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB). Deben publicarlo en la página web del centro y exponerlo al alumnado en un lugar visible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El calendario académico del centro debe comunicarse al alumnado y a las empresas con las que se realicen las prácticas al inicio de curso, una vez incluido en la PGA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Undécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las direcciones de los centros y el Departamento de Inspección Educativa, dentro del ámbito de las competencias respectivas, deben velar por el cumplimiento estricto del calendario académico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Duodécimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Delegación de competencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de las peticiones referidas a la modificación del calendario prevista en el punto noveno de este anexo se delega expresamente en la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
