    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 30.26 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, tiene la competencia exclusiva en materias artísticas y culturales y en el fomento de la creación y la producción teatrales, musicales, cinematográficas y audiovisuales, literarias, de danza y de artes combinadas, y también la de realizar su difusión nacional e internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otro lado, la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears también tiene la competencia exclusiva de la protección y el fomento de la cultura autóctona y del legado histórico de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 34 del Estatuto de autonomía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, para reforzar y proteger el sector cultural, el Gobierno de las Illes Balears aprobó, por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de octubre de 2020, declarar la cultura como bien esencial para la sociedad y para el desarrollo integral de la personalidad individual y colectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como marco de referencia del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, se cuenta con la Ley 18/2019, de 8 de abril, de salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, que indica, en el artículo 7, de actuaciones de las administraciones públicas, en su apartado&amp;nbsp;1, que constituye un deber de las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears fomentar el patrimonio cultural inmaterial, en los marcos competenciales respectivos, para que se manifieste plenamente en los ámbitos sociales y culturales de las Illes Balears, y se asegure, así, su pervivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el apartado 2 del mismo artículo 7, indica que uno de los objetivos que deben perseguir las administraciones públicas es promover el conocimiento y el inventario de las manifestaciones, y también de los agentes portadores, ámbitos, bienes y creaciones, del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las islas de Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa y Formentera; y en la letra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;indica que otro objetivo es fomentar, a través de líneas de actuación y ayudas específicas, el intercambio y el conocimiento de las diferentes manifestaciones culturales inmateriales propias de cada isla o comunes a todas, y también la proyección exterior al resto de territorios de habla catalana y al resto del Estado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por eso, se deben revitalizar, potenciar, prestigiar y dar a conocer las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, que expone el artículo 3 de la Ley 18/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de julio), atribuye a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, a través de la Dirección General de Cultura, las competencias, entre otras, de difusión y fomento de la cultura, y promoción de la cultura balear en el exterior y del patrimonio cultural inmaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 por el que se aprueba el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 de abril), respecto al objetivo III, sobre la mejora de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, en el apartado III.7, «Protección y fomento de la cultura», prevé, en la línea III.7.1, ayudas para apoyar la movilidad en la proyección exterior de las actividades y los proyectos que promuevan las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las subvenciones que establece esta convocatoria no constituyen ayudas de estado en el sentido definido en el artículo 107 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea (TFUE), puesto que no falsean o amenazan de falsear la competencia, favoreciendo a determinadas empresas o producciones. Las ayudas de esta convocatoria se consideran compatibles con el mercado interior según la previsión del apartado 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de dicho artículo, ya que se destinan a la promoción y la difusión del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears. Igualmente, se circunscriben en el ámbito local, por lo que no alteran los intercambios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;comerciales, ni tienen ningún efecto sobre la competencia y el comercio entre los estados miembros. Además, estas ayudas están enmarcadas en una de las categorías compatibles con el mercado interior al que hace referencia el artículo 53 del Reglamento UE núm. 651/2014 de la Comisión, de 17 de junio de 2014, por el que se declaran determinadas categorías de ayudas compatibles con el mercado interior en aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del TFUE. Tampoco están sometidas al régimen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ni al marco nacional temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta Resolución es convocar subvenciones de acuerdo con el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por eso, de acuerdo con el artículo 15 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y el artículo 5 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana, previa fiscalización de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones para apoyar la movilidad en la proyección exterior de las actividades que promuevan las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears el 2026, durante el periodo comprendido entre los días 1 de octubre de 2025 y 30 de septiembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprobar el presupuesto de esta convocatoria, que tiene un importe máximo de 100.000 euros, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes de los presupuestos para el año 2025, prorrogados para el año 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También puede interponerse un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa-administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria tiene como objeto contribuir a la proyección exterior y ofrecer apoyo económico a la movilidad de las entidades sin ánimo de lucro de las Illes Balears que lleven a cabo actividades que den a conocer, fomenten, difundan y promuevan las diferentes manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, que se concretan, en particular, en los ámbitos expuestos en el artículo 3 de la Ley 18/2019, de 8 de abril, de salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears, durante el periodo comprendido entre los días 1 de octubre de 2025 y 30 de septiembre de 2026, para fomentar el intercambio y la relación entre Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa y Formentera, y entre las Illes Balears y el resto del territorio del Estado español y el exterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Actividades subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Se pueden solicitar subvenciones para el apoyo a la movilidad en las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El desplazamiento y estancia de personas y personal técnico para llevar a cabo actividades o actuaciones en directo fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El desplazamiento y estancia de personas para participar en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, presentaciones, muestras, encuentros, simposios, congresos, con o sin actuación en directo, fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El desplazamiento y estancia de los representantes de las entidades para participar en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, presentaciones, muestras, encuentros, simposios, congresos, sin actuación en directo o estand de promoción fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El desplazamiento y estancia de personas relacionadas con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial para participar en estancias de formación o residencias culturales fuera de la isla de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) El desplazamiento y estancia de personas relacionadas con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial para participar en concursos y audiciones fuera de la isla de residencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Solo son subvencionables las actividades que estén incluidas en la programación de acontecimientos relacionados con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Se incluyen exclusivamente los siguientes gastos, subvencionables, en cada caso, hasta el importe máximo estipulado en el punto 11 de esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El desplazamiento de las personas que lleven a cabo la actividad, de la carga y hasta dos técnicos. Solo se aceptan billetes de clase turista, económica o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El kilometraje en los desplazamientos por carretera que no se realicen en transporte público, con un precio máximo de 0,262384 euros por kilómetro. En este caso, el combustible y los peajes están incluidos en el precio del kilometraje. En el informe explicativo de la actividad (anexo 4) se&amp;nbsp;debe especificar la ruta concreta que se seguirá (origen y destino de cada trayecto) y el número de kilómetros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El alquiler de vehículos para el desplazamiento. En este caso, se puede incluir el kilometraje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El alojamiento, siempre que se pueda justificar con facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) El coste de las acreditaciones o inscripciones en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, muestras, encuentros, simposios y congresos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) La manutención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Quedan expresamente excluidos de la posibilidad de subvención los siguientes gastos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Las dietas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Los tiques de combustible y aparcamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;El transporte en avión en primera clase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Los gastos de desplazamiento y los derivados de actuaciones que se realicen en la isla de residencia y el material promocional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Los gastos derivados de actuaciones que se realicen en el circuito escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Los gastos derivados de actuaciones en acontecimientos de carácter benéfico o fuera de la programación de acontecimientos relacionados con el ámbito del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, y el material promocional correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Los gastos estructurales (compra de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;software&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;hardware&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, compra de instrumentos, alquiler de local de ensayo habitual, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Los impuestos indirectos, cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación. i)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Los intereses, los recargos y las sanciones administrativas y penales, y los intereses aplicables a la demora de los pagos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Los gastos de procedimientos judiciales derivados de la actividad subvencionada o que estén relacionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Periodo subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El periodo subvencionable está comprendido entre los días 1 de octubre de 2025 y 30 de septiembre de 2026 (ambos incluidos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Crédito asignado e imputación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria es de 100.000 euros, con cargo a la partida 12401.455A01.48000.00 de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes de los presupuestos para el año 2025, prorrogados para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. El importe consignado inicialmente se puede ampliar, siempre que la disponibilidad presupuestaria lo permita, mediante una resolución de modificación de la convocatoria del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes. Esta modificación, salvo que se establezca de otro modo, no implica que el plazo de presentación de solicitudes se amplíe, ni afecta a la tramitación ordinaria de las solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Pueden ser beneficiarias de la subvención a la movilidad las asociaciones, fundaciones o cualquier otra entidad privada sin ánimo de lucro, que lleven a cabo la actividad subvencionada, o quien las representa, independientemente de su residencia fiscal, siempre que la finalidad de la subvención sea dar a conocer, fomentar, difundir y promocionar el patrimonio cultural inmaterial de las Illes Balears o sus portadores y su obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. En caso de agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas sin personalidad, se deben hacer constar de forma explícita, tanto en la solicitud como en la resolución de concesión, los compromisos de ejecución asumidos por cada miembro de la agrupación, así como el importe de la subvención que debe aplicar cada uno, que también tienen la consideración de beneficiarios. En todo caso, debe nombrarse un representante o apoderado único de la agrupación, con poderes suficientes para cumplir las obligaciones que, como beneficiaria, corresponden a la agrupación. Así mismo, la agrupación no tiene que entenderse disuelta hasta que no hayan transcurrido los plazos de prescripción establecidos en el artículo 24 de la Ley 14/2014, de 29 de diciembre, de finanzas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y en los artículos 57 y 60 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, aprobado por Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Quedan excluidas como beneficiarias las personas físicas, las empresas privadas, las sociedades públicas, las entidades de derecho público y cualquier otra empresa u organización en la que participe alguna administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. No pueden ser beneficiarias de subvenciones las entidades o agrupaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Las que incurran en cualquiera de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre y en el artículo 4.7 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Las que hayan sido sancionadas o condenadas en los últimos tres años por ejercer o tolerar prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por sentencia judicial firme, de acuerdo con el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Las que hayan sido sancionadas mediante una resolución firme en vía administrativa con pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener una subvención, de acuerdo con la Ley 8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gais, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales y para erradicar la LGTBI- fobia, o cualquier otra aplicable; tampoco pueden ser beneficiarias de ayudas las entidades que cometan, inciten o promuevan LGTBI-fobia,&amp;nbsp;incluyendo la promoción o realización de terapias de conversión, de acuerdo con el artículo 82 de la Ley 4/2023, de 28 de febrero, para la igualdad real y efectiva de las personas trans y para la garantía de los derechos de las personas LGTBI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden solicitar las subvenciones que establece esta convocatoria las entidades que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar constituidas como entidades sin ánimo de lucro y disponer de organización y capacidad suficientes y necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado y con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Presentar la solicitud en los términos y con la documentación establecidos en los apartados 8 y 9 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Cumplir con los principios del artículo 3 de la Ley 11/2016, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Plazos de presentación de solicitudes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes se inicia a partir del décimo día hábil a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, y finaliza el 30 de junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. No se admite ninguna solicitud presentada fuera del plazo indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Solicitud y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Las solicitudes deben presentarse exclusivamente de forma telemática mediante el trámite específico disponible en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. No se considerarán presentadas las solicitudes telemáticas realizadas mediante otro medio electrónico que no sea dicho trámite específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Con la solicitud (anexo 2) se debe aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una copia de los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º La tarjeta de identificación fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º El DNI, NIE, pasaporte o NIF de la entidad o de la persona representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º Un documento acreditativo de la representación legal con la que actúa la persona que firma la solicitud, que debe estar vigente en el momento de presentar la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º El documento constitutivo de la entidad o la agrupación, los estatutos sociales vigentes en la fecha de la solicitud, debidamente inscritos en el registro correspondiente, y el certificado de inscripción registral. No importa aportar estos documentos en caso de asociaciones y fundaciones inscritas, respectivamente, en el Registro de asociaciones y en el Registro de fundaciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Una declaración responsable conjunta, firmada electrónicamente, mediante modelo normalizado (anexo 3), en la que la entidad solicitante declare lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º Que cumple las obligaciones que disponen el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, y el artículo 17 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º Que no incurre en ninguna de las causas de prohibición o de incompatibilidad para percibir la subvención establecidas en el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3º Que cumple los principios del artículo 3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4º Que no ha sido sancionada o condenada los últimos tres años por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, sancionadas por&amp;nbsp;resolución administrativa firme o condenadas por setencia judicial firme, en cumplimiento del artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016. Las entidades que se encuentren en la citada situación pueden volver a presentarse a las convocatorias siempre que hayan cumplido la sanción o la pena impuesta o hayan elaborado un plan de igualdad en las condiciones previstas en esta Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5º. Que no ha sido sancionada mediante resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener una subvención, de acuerdo con la Ley 8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gais, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales y para erradicar la LGTBI-fobia, o cualquier otra aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6º. Que no ha cometido, incitado o promocionado LGTBI-fobia, incluida la promoción o realización de terapias de conversión, según el artículo 82 de la Ley 4/2023, de 28 de febrero, para la igualdad real y efectiva de las personas trans y para la garantía de los derechos de las personas LGTBI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.º Que aporta documentación verdadera y correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.º Que está al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y tributarias ante la Administración del Estado, y de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (solo para subvenciones de cuantía igual o inferior a 3.000 euros, ya que para subvenciones de cuantía superior deben aportar los certificados acreditativos correspondientes si no se autoriza a la Administración para que compruebe este punto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.º En relación al impuesto sobre el valor añadido (IVA), que es consumidora final y no lo puede deducir, o que no es consumidora final y lo puede deducir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.º Que no ha solicitado ni recibido otra ayuda para la misma finalidad de cualquier administración pública o ente privado o público, tanto nacional como extranjero, o en caso contrario, una relación de las entidades a las que ha solicitado una subvención para la misma finalidad o de las que haya obtenido alguna, con indicación de la cantidad solicitada o concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11º. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 41.6 de la Ley 39/2015, de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y en el artículo 43 del Reglamento de actuación y funcionamiento del sector público por medios electrónicos, aprobado por el Real decreto 203/2021, la dirección de correo electrónico de contacto para efectuar los trámites correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Un informe explicativo de la actividad que se va a realizar, firmada electrónicamente, mediante modelo normalizado (anexo 4), en el que se debe incluir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1º. Los objetivos de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2º. La relación de actividades y las fechas de realización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3º. La ruta concreta seguida (origen y destino de cada trayecto) y el número de kilómetros, para desplazamientos en vehículo, si procede. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4º. La relación de las personas que viajan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5º. La trayectoria profesional de las personas, entidades o agrupaciones que participan en las actividades: se debe aportar un breve currículum de la entidad y, en su caso, de otras entidades o agrupaciones que participan en ellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6º. Una descripción de las actividades en las que participa la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.º El Plan de Patrocinios y Financiación (si no hay, deberá indicarse).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.º El Plan de Difusión y Promoción Exterior (debe indicarse en qué medios sepublicará: webs, redes sociales, prensa...). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.º Una previsión de ingresos de la actividad (debe indicarse si tienen previstos ingresos para esta actividad; si no se prevén, también debe indicarse)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.º El material de difusión y promoción de la actividad, como la web, material gráfico, etc.; y otro material complementario, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.º Otra información relevante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El presupuesto detallado del coste total de la actividad, con el IVA desglosado, firmado electrónicamente, mediante modelo normalizado (anexo 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) La acreditación de la programación o de la asistencia a la actividad. Según la actividad llevada a cabo, se debe aportar alguno de de los siguientes documentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º El comprobante de participación en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales, jornadas, muestras, encuentros, simposios o congresos, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º La carta de invitación o el contrato de actuación, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º El documento acreditativo de la programación de la actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin embargo, si en la fecha de presentación de solicitudes la actividad no se ha podido confirmar, se puede presentar la mencionada acreditación junto con la justificación de la subvención referida en el punto 14.2.e).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Los certificados de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria y de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears, que indiquen que se encuentra al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y tributarias ante la Administración del Estado y de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso, la acreditación a la que hace referencia el párrafo anterior se puede sustituir por una declaración responsable de la persona solicitante cuando se trate de subvenciones de cantidad igual o inferior a 3.000 euros, tal como prevé el punto 9.2.b) 8º de este anexo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) La Declaración responsable de veracidad de los datos bancarios aportados, firmada electrónicamente, en caso de no ser perceptores de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 28 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, los interesados tienen derecho a no aportar documentos que ya estén en poder de la administración actuante o que haya elaborado cualquier otra administración. La Dirección General de Cultura puede obtener, excepto si la persona interesada se&amp;nbsp;opone a ello expresamente, la verificación de datos de identidad (DNI y NIE) y los certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y tributarias ante la Administración del Estado y la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Si la persona interesada no autoriza o se opone a estas consultas, debe aportar la documentación acreditativa junto con la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos legales de la convocatoria o no incorpora los documentos exigidos, se debe requerir a la entidad interesada para que, en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles, subsane el error o presente los documentos preceptivos, de acuerdo con el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, advirtiéndole que, si no lo hace, se considerará que desiste de la petición, previa resolución que debe dictarse en los términos previstos en el artículo 21.1 de la misma Ley. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. La Dirección General de Cultura puede solicitar, en cualquier momento, la documentación y la información complementaria que considere necesarias para resolver el expediente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.5. Todos los modelos de anexos normalizados estarán a disposición de las personas interesadas en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.6. Si la documentación presentada no cumple los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria o en la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones, no se admitirá la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7. La presentación de la solicitud implica la aceptación de las prescripciones que contiene esta convocatoria y de toda la normativa de aplicación en materia de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Règim de concessió de les subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Para la concesión de las subvenciones que establece esta convocatoria debe aplicarse un criterio de resolución por orden riguroso de entrada de las&amp;nbsp;solicitudes en el registro del trámite específico disponible en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, en los términos del punto 9.1, ya que, de acuerdo con su naturaleza, no son necesarias la comparación ni la prelación de las solicitudes en un único procedimiento, según el artículo 6.4 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, y el artículo 17.2 y 3 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Solo las solicitudes presentadas en el plazo establecido, completas y válidamente presentadas, tienen un orden de prelación adquirido. Si la solicitud presentada está incompleta o no cumple los requisitos exigidos, la fecha de presentación de la subsanación es la que establece el orden de prelación definitivo para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Importe de la subvención &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. El importe máximo total que se puede conceder, para esta convocatoria y por entidad solicitante, es de 6.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Las subvenciones deben concederse en función de los máximos establecidos en este apartado, siempre que los beneficiarios no hayan recibido ninguna subvención por el mismo concepto. En este último caso, el importe máximo objeto de la subvención variará en función de las otras subvenciones recibidas, en los términos del punto 17.1 de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. Cada una de las entidades solicitantes puede recibir ayuda para tres actividades de las que se incluyen en el punto 2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. Con respecto a las actividades relacionadas exclusivamente con la movilidad, las cantidades deben concederse según lo indicado a continuación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Para desplazamientos y estancias de personas y carga entre las Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una actividad o más en las Illes Balears fuera de la isla de residencia: un máximo de 60 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Se prevé un máximo de 300 euros para transportar la carga o dos asientos extra para instrumentos o alquiler de instrumentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º La cantidad concedida aumenta de forma proporcional al número de personas que se desplacen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seis personas o menos: el límite por salida no puede superar los&amp;nbsp;1.000 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre siete y doce personas: no puede superar los 2.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trece personas o más: no puede superar los 3.000 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Para desplazamientos y estancias de personas y carga con doble insularidad en las Illes Balears o desplazamiento y estancias de personas y carga en la España peninsular (se entiende por doble insularidad el tener que hacer escala en otra isla para llegar al destino):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una actividad o más en la misma población con doble insularidad en las Illes Balears o en la España peninsular:un máximo de 150 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Si se realiza una actividad o más en diferentes poblaciones con doble insularidad en las Illes Balears o en la España peninsular: un máximo de 250 euros por persona para el transporte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Si se realiza una actividad o más en la misma población de las islas Canarias o de Europa: un máximo de 350 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Si se realiza una actividad o más en diferentes poblaciones de las islas Canarias o de Europa: un máximo de 500 euros por persona para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Para el alojamiento: 60 euros por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Para la manutención, si se realiza una actividad o más en la misma población: 25 euros por persona y día, hasta un máximo de5 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º Para la manutención, si se realiza una actividad o más en diferentes poblaciones: 25 euros por persona y día, hasta un máximo de 7 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º Para la acreditación en ferias, festivales, mercados populares y tradicionales y jornadas, muestras, encuentros, simposios, congresos o residencias culturales: hasta dos acreditaciones por actividad con un máximo de 150 euros por persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. El órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento es el director general de Cultura, adscrito a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, a quien corresponde realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones que considere necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos de cada solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. La instrucción del procedimiento debe llevarse a cabo de acuerdo con el artículo 16 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears y el artículo 13 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3. El director general de Cultura tiene que emitir las propuestas de resolución de concesión o denegación de las subvenciones, que deben contener la relación de las entidades solicitantes propuestas como beneficiarias, el importe de la subvención y la relación de las solicitudes denegadas con el motivo de la denegación. También se incluirá, si procede, la relación de solicitudes inadmitidas y el motivo de inadmisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4. Las propuestas de resolución deben publicarse en la Sede Electrónica de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para que las personas interesadas puedan formular alegaciones en un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación. Si, transcurrido este plazo, la entidad interesada no ha presentado alegaciones, se tiene que considerar que está conforme y continuar el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Como aviso, y sin efectos de notificación, la Dirección General de Cultura tiene que comunicar a los interesados por vía telemática, en la dirección de correo electrónico indicada en la solicitud, la fecha y el enlace en que se ha publicado la propuesta de resolución de concesión o denegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5. Una vez publicadas las propuestas de resolución, las entidades beneficiarias deben comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o la renuncia a la propuesta de resolución, mediante modelo normalizado (anexo 6), disponible en el trámite telemático correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.6. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entiende producida automáticamente si, en el plazo de diez días, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación o notificación, no se hace constar lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Resolución de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1. El órgano competente para resolver la concesión de subvenciones en el marco de esta convocatoria es el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, de acuerdo con el artículo 13 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, y en concordancia con el artículo 8 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2. La resolución de concesión o denegación debe se motivada y debe contener los siguientes datos: la identificación de la persona o de la entidad beneficiarias, la descripción de la actividad que se tiene que subvencionar, el presupuesto total de la actividad subvencionada, el importe de la subvención concedida y la inclusión o la exclusión, si procede, del IVA soportado. La resolución tiene que acordar tanto la concesión de las subvenciones como la denegación o la no concesión, por desistimiento, renuncia al derecho o imposibilidad material sobrevenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.3. Las solicitudes de subvenciones se pueden resolver individualmente o conjuntamente, y se prevé la posibilidad de dictar resoluciones parciales y sucesivas de concesión y denegación, a medida que el órgano instructor formule las propuestas correspondientes, según el orden de entrada en el registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.4. De acuerdo con el apartado 3 del artículo 17 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, si se agotan los créditos previstos en la convocatoria antes de finalizar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, se debe suspender la concesión de nuevas subvenciones mediante una resolución publicada en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.5. El plazo para dictar y notificar la resolución de concesión o denegación es de seis meses, a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes. Se entienden desestimadas las solicitudes no resueltas en el plazo indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.6. La resolución se tiene que publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.7. Contra la resolución de concesión o denegación&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;de las subvenciones, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia en el plazo de dos&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1. Las entidades beneficiarias deben justificar la aplicación de la cantidad percibida y el cumplimiento del resto de condiciones impuestas a la finalidad que ha servido de fundamento a la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.2. La subvención debe justificarse con la presentación de la cuenta justificativa (anexo 7), suscrita por la entidad beneficiaria, que debe contener la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una memoria de actuaciones explicativa (anexo 8) del cumplimiento de la finalidad de la actividad subvencionada y de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades llevadas a cabo; el número de personas participantes; la ruta concreta que se ha realizado, con el origen y el destino de cada trayecto, y el número de kilómetros recorridos (si se ha realizado el desplazamiento en vehículo particular o alquilado); los resultados obtenidos, y los ingresos, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Una relación clasificada de los gastos (anexo 9) de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y el número de la factura o documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y la fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Las facturas, que deben cumplir los requisitos que establece el Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación, aprobado por el Real decreto 1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La descripción de la operación tiene que aportar suficiente información sobre el concepto y el periodo objeto de facturación para que se pueda verificar la relación del gasto con el objeto de la ayuda. En todo caso, se tiene que poder verificar el precio unitario de la operación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En las facturas de alojamiento y de acreditaciones o inscripciones, debe quedar constancia de la relación de personas incluidas, de acuerdo con el informe explicativo. En las facturas de desplazamiento, además de lo indicado anteriormente, debe quedar constancia del origen y destino del trayecto o recorrido. En caso de que no sea posible acreditar estos detalles, se puede sustituir por una declaración responsable del representante de la entidad en la que figuren las personas incluidas y se declare que el importe de las facturas se corresponde con el número de personas de l'informe explicatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El justificante de pago de todas las facturas, que puede ser, según los casos, una copia de los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º El comprobante bancario, en el que figuren los siguientes datos: los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que deben coincidir con la entidad beneficiaria y con el emisor de la factura respectivamente; el importe pagado; la fecha del pago; la identificación del concepto del pago para que quede identificado el pago de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Una copia del cheque nominativo, el pagaré nominativo, la letra de cambio o similar, siempre que estén vencidos, acompañada del correspondiente extracto bancario del beneficiario de la subvención que acredite el cargo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º Si el pago se realiza con tarjeta de crédito o débito, es necesario aportar una copia del recibo del pago y una copia del extracto bancario de la tarjeta en que figure el apunte del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º Para las facturas de un importe igual o inferior a 200 euros, IVA excluido, el pago se puede justificar con un recibo de pago del proveedor. En cualquier caso, se deben indicar en la cuenta justificativa y se tienen que aportar con las otras facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) La acreditación fotográfica de la actividad, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Un ejemplar de los materiales gráficos elaborados o editados para la actividad subvencionada, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) La acreditación de la programación o de la asistencia a la actividad referida en el punto 9.2.e), si no se ha presentado con la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se puede consultar el siguiente cuadro resumen explicativo de los gastos subvencionables del punto 3 y de la documentación justificativa de este apartado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es necesario que las facturas y los justificantes de pagos se presenten en el mismo orden en que figuran en la relación clasificada de los gastos (anexo 9).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.4. La cuenta justificativa y el resto de documentación tiene que presentarse, en los términos del punto 9.1, en el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución de concesión en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;,&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;o, si la finalización de la actividad es posterior a dicha publicación, en un máximo de diez días hábiles después de haber realizado la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, la cuenta justificativa y la documentación justificativa, mencionadas en el punto 14.2, pueden entregarse en el momento de presentar la solicitud si se ha realizado la actividad antes de publicarse la resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.5. En el supuesto que la cuenta justificativa no incluya la información o documentación necesarias que se indican en el punto 14.2 anterior, el órgano instructor debe solicitar al beneficiario que subsane los defectos o aporte los documentos justificativos en el plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción del requerimiento, con la advertencia que, en caso que no lo haga, no se efectuará el pago de los gastos justificados incorrectamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.6. Si el importe de las facturas presentadas es inferior al gasto previsto en la relación de actividades o se presenta documentación de gastos no subvencionables, el órgano instructor debe revisar y aminorar el importe solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.7. No se puede abonar un importe superior al justificado con las facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.8. Transcurrido el plazo de justificación establecido sin que ésta se haya presentado, se debe requerir a la entidad beneficiaria para que en el plazo improrrogable de quince días hábiles, la presente. La falta de presentación de la justificación en el plazo establecido en este apartado comporta la revocación y, en su caso, la exigencia de reintegro y otras responsabilidades que establece la legislación aplicable en materia de subvenciones. La presentación de la justificación en el plazo adicional establecido en este apartado no exime a la persona beneficiaria de las sanciones que, de acuerdo con el artículo 58 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. El pago de las subvenciones debe realizarse una vez acreditado el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se ha concedido la subvención y justificada la realización de toda la actividad subvencionada, en los términos de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. El pago debe hacerse efectivo, generalmente, en un único abono, mediante transferencia bancaria, en el plazo máximo de seis meses, a contar desde la fecha de entrada de la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. Son obligaciones de las personas o entidades beneficiarias, además de las establecidas en el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Comunicar al órgano competente la aceptación o la renuncia de la propuesta de resolución, mediante modelo normalizado (anexo 6), tal y como está previsto en los puntos 12.5 y 12.6 de esta convocatoria. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entiende producida automáticamente si, transcurrido el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la propuesta en la Sede Electrónica, no se hace constar lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Acreditar, ante la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes el cumplimiento efectivo de los requisitos y las condiciones que se exigen para conceder la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que sean procedentes de las administraciones autonómica, estatal y comunitaria, la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control externo, y también facilitarles toda la información que requieran en relación con las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Hacer constar, siempre que sea posible, el apoyo de la Dirección General de Cultura de la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en todos los materiales promocionales, programas, carteles y elementos propagandísticos y de comunicación de la actividad con el logotipo de la Dirección General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) En caso que no adopten las medidas de difusión del apartado anterior, justificar la omisión en la memoria de actuaciones explicativa (anexo 8). En caso contrario, es aplicable lo establecido en el artículo 31.4 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de cultura y fomento de la lengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar que están al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Administración del Estado, y de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Comunicar la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas o financiación para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración pública o ente privado o público, tanto nacionales como extranjeros, especificando la cuantía exacta, la procedencia y la finalidad de los fondos concedidos. Estos hechos pueden dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión de la subvención, según el artículo 24 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) No transferir los fondos concedidos a organizaciones intermediarias diferentes de las entidades beneficiarias y de los socios designados en el formulario, ni permitir que éstas los gestiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Llevar a cabo la actividad objeto de la subvención de acuerdo con la programación presentada y comunicar cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada para que se puedan autorizar modificaciones. Los cambios no comunicados o que no hayan sido aceptados de manera expresa pueden dar lugar a la revocación total o parcial de la subvención y, si procede, a su reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Informar en todo momento, a requerimiento de la Dirección General de Cultura, del estado de la justificación de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Comunicar al órgano instructor cualquier variación de su situación que pueda tener incidencia en la conservación y la cantidad de la subvención en un plazo de quince días hábiles des de el momento en que se haya producido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. En el supuesto que no se hayan podido cumplir las comunicaciones o hacer constar el apoyo de la Dirección General de Cultura porque la actividad se haya llevado a cabo en unas fechas en que no haya sido posible hacerlo, ya que este hecho está condicionado a la fecha de publicación de la resolución de la convocatoria, no son aplicables los puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Concurrencia y compatibilidad de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1. Esta subvención es compatible con otras subvenciones, ayudas o ingresos concedidos a los beneficiarios para la misma finalidad, salvo las que se indican en el punto 17.2. Sin embargo, el importe no puede ser, en ningún caso, de una cuantía que de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2. No podrán optar a estas subvenciones las actividades que obtengan una subvención por el mismo concepto del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos o de la misma Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3. Esta subvención es incompatible con las actividades que la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes o el Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos hayan organizado y financiado directamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Revocación y criterios de gradación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.1. De acuerdo con el artículo 43 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, corresponde revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a una resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumple total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los que esté condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.2. Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto, total o parcialmente, el acto de concesión y corresponde reintegrar las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.3. La gradación de posibles incumplimientos se determina en función de lo establecido en el artículo 31 de la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1. Corresponde el reintegro, total o parcial, de las cantidades recibidas y exigir el interés de demora desde el momento del pago de la subvención hasta la fecha de la resolución por la que se aprueba el reintegro, en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2. Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.3. En caso de incumplimiento parcial o de justificación parcial, se debe reintegrar la cantidad recibida mediante la aplicación de un porcentaje de aminoración y según la naturaleza del incumplimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.4. En el supuesto que la causa del reintegro sea la invalidez de la resolución de concesión, debe revisarse previamente esta resolución en los términos establecidos en el artículo 25 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears y en el resto de disposiciones aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Responsabilidad y régimen sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.1. La entidad beneficiaria de la subvención es la única responsable de llevar a cabo la actividad que es el fundamento de la concesión, en la forma y con las condiciones establecidas, y de justificar los gastos que deriven de ejecutarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.2. Las entidades beneficiarias están sometidas a las responsabilidades y al régimen sancionador establecidos en la normativa en materia de subvenciones sobre infracciones administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.3. Constituyen infracciones administrativas en materia de subvenciones las acciones u omisiones de los beneficiarios previstas en los artículos 51, 52 y 53 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, cuando intervenga dolo, culpa o simple negligencia, y es aplicable el título V de esta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por las bases reguladoras aprobadas mediante la Orden 40/2024, de 13 de diciembre, del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes; el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre; la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el resto de normativa comunitaria, estatal o autonómica aplicable a las subvenciones concedidas por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
