&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;« EL SECRETARIO INTERVENTOR DE ESTE ÓRGANO, CERTIFICO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en la sesión celebrada en la fecha arriba indicada se adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;EXPEDIENTE 1007/2026. MODIFICACIÓN DE LAS ZONAS REGULADAS DE LA ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA EL ESTACIONAMIENTO REGULADO DE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA EN LA VÍA PÚBLICA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto lo que dispone la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de la tasa para el estacionamiento regulado de vehículos de tracción mecánica en la vía pública en el artículo 5. (Normas de gestión), en su apartado 3º, que literalmente dice: “La Junta de Gobierno podrá modificar las zonas reguladas, los horarios y la duración de las temporadas, cuando las BOIB para su entrada en vigor.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que se hace necesario ajustar las calles para un mejor funcionamiento del servicio y dada la colocación de la pérgola fotovoltaica en el parking de Sa Ràpita, este concejal propone a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que acuerde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Modificar la zona de estacionamiento regulado en el TM de Campos de forma que las calles donde haya estacionamiento regulado de vehículos de tracción mecánica en la vía pública (ORA), que queda de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el núcleo de Campos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
