&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.El 10 de junio de 2025, el consejero de Educación y Universidades dictó la Resolución por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de ayudas para la organización de actividades de divulgación y comunicación social de la ciencia en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el periodo 2025-2026, financiada con fondos ITS (BOIB núm. 77, de19 de junio de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Esta convocatoria se enmarca en el proyecto «ITS 2019-128 Ciencia Compartida – Unidad de Cultura Científica», correspondiente al Plan Anual 2019 de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible. El plazo de ejecución del proyecto se extiende desde el 15 de junio de 2020 hasta el 2 de septiembre de 2027. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El punto cuarto de las bases de la convocatoria, que figuran como Anexo 1 de esta Resolución, establece que la aportación de la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores para apoyar la organización de actividades de divulgación científica y comunicación social de la ciencia debe ser como máximo de 240.000 euros con carácter bienal (2025-2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El punto décimo de las bases de la convocatoria establece que el plazo para presentar las solicitudes empieza al día siguiente de haberse publicado esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y acaba el 15 de junio de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El punto decimoquinto de las bases de la convocatoria establece que el periodo de ejecución de las actuaciones financiadas por la convocatoria debe ir del 1 de enero de 2025 al 30 de septiembre de 2026, y el punto decimoséptimo, establece el 31 de octubre de 2026 como fecha máxima de justificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El punto duodécimo de las bases de la convocatoria, que figuran como Anexo 1 de la Resolución, establece que las solicitudes presentadas deben resolverse individualmente, aunque no se haya terminado el plazo para presentarlas, hasta que se agote el crédito destinado a la convocatoria o hasta que se resuelvan todos los expedientes presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El 6 de febrero de 2026, el director general de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores emitió un informe sobre la necesidad de modificar la convocatoria de ayudas para la organización de actividades de divulgación científica dentro del ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el periodo 2025-2026 con la incorporación del remanente del año 2025 y, ya que las actividades de divulgación tienen un plazo de ejecución amplio, ampliar los plazos de solicitud, ejecución y justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE núm. 276, de 18 de noviembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Orden de la consejera de Innovación, Interior y Justicia de 26 de enero de 2010 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en materia de investigación, desarrollo tecnológico e innovación (BOIB núm. 25, de 13 de febrero de 2010).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7. El Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, de 31 de octubre de 2019, por el que se aprueba la propuesta de la Comisión de Impulso del Turismo Sostenible relativa a los proyectos que deben financiarse con los fondos para favorecer el turismo sostenible correspondiente al Plan Anual de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8. La Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, de 26 de febrero de 2025, por la que se modifica el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 27, de 1 de marzo de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades, de 10 de junio de 2025, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de ayudas para la organización de actividades de divulgación y comunicación social de la ciencia en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el periodo 2025-2026, financiada con fondos ITS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.1 y 15.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y el artículo 5 de la Orden de la consejera de Innovación, Interior y Justicia de 26 de enero de 2010, a propuesta del director general de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores, con el informe de la Dirección General de Presupuestos y Financiación, con la fiscalización previa de la Intervención de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y en uso de las facultades que me confieren la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, y la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar los apartados cuarto, décimo, decimoquinto y decimoséptimo del anexo 1 en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La aportación de la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores para apoyar la organización de actividades de divulgación científica y comunicación social de la ciencia debe ser como máximo de 240.000 € con carácter bienal (2025-2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La distribución máxima por anualidades será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Año 2025: 75.000 euros, con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias que se indican a continuación o partidas equivalentes del ejercicio de 2025, siempre que haya crédito adecuado y suficiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida 13801 541A01 40100 00 19064. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;20.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida 13801 541A01 44700 00 19064.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida 13801 541A01 44800 00 19064.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La aportación de la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores para apoyar la organización de actividades de divulgación científica y comunicación social de la ciencia debe ser como máximo de 315.000 € para los años 2025, 2026 y 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La distribución máxima por anualidades será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Año 2025: 0 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Año 2026: 240.000 euros, con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias que se indican a continuación o partidas equivalentes del ejercicio de 2026, siempre que haya crédito adecuado y suficiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;40.000,00 euros con cargo a la partida 13801 541A01 40100 00 19064. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15.000,00 euros con cargo a la partida 13801 541A01 44510 10 19064. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de interponer cualquier otro que se considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
