Aprobación de la MF-1034 y MF-1038 relativa a la creación de los puestos de trabajo de TAE S. arqueólogo/a y jefe/a de sección de la Oficina del Plan General ]] 235482 text/html 16976 16979 es 2026-03-28 es 713605 2026-03-28 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 18/03/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>"PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1034 y MF-1038 relativa a la creación de los puestos de trabajo de TAE S. Arqueólogo/a y Jefe/a de Sección de la Oficina del Plan General, del&nbsp; Área de Urbanismo, Vivienda y Proyectos Estratégicos, en el sentido de que se concreta en las propuestas. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>SEGUNDO.- </strong>Aprobar las funciones específicas de los puestos que se relacionan a continuación: </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>TAE S. Arqueólogo/a </strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Funciones específicas:</strong></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Proteger y gestionar el patrimonio arqueológico municipal, velando por su conservación, y cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de patrimonio histórico y cultural.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Emitir informes técnicos, gestión de inventarios y redacción y mantenimiento de catálogos municipales. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Emitir informes a petición de la Gerencia de Urbanismo en relación con el patrimonio arqueológico y otros aspectos que se puedan relacionar con sus funciones.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Coordinar con otras administraciones competentes en materia de bienes arqueológicos. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Controlar el cumplimiento de las medidas correctoras y preventivas establecidas en informes arqueológicos y resoluciones administrativas. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Realizar visitas técnicas a las ejecuciones de obra arqueológica para resolver dudas eventuales o cuestiones de tipo técnico.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Resolver consultas en relación con las posibles afectaciones a bienes arqueológicos.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Realizar cualquier otra función de carácter técnico relacionada con su especialidad que le sea encomendada dentro de ámbito de competencias municipales. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Mantenerse debidamente actualizado y formado para el correcto ejercicio de sus funciones.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Cumplir las directrices, normas, procedimientos y acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y asumir las funciones que le sean encomendadas en materia de actuación en emergencias, colaborando con el Servicio de Prevención cuando le sea requerido.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Llevar a cabo cualquier otra tarea que le sea encomendada por el superior jerárquico de entre las que corresponden a la escala, subescala, clase, especialidad o categoría de adscripción del puesto de trabajo.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Confeccionar los estudios demográficos y sociales incluidos los estudios de impacto de género de la población en los instrumentos de planeamiento general urbanístico y/o supervisarlos en el caso de que estos estudios hayan sido objeto de una contratación externa.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Confeccionar estudios de Patrimonio natural y urbano de los instrumentos de planeamiento general urbanístico y/o supervisarlos en el caso de que estos estudios hayan sido objeto de una contratación externa.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Introducir, mantener, actualizar, explotar y generar datos geográficos vinculados a los instrumentos de planeamiento general urbanístico con herramientas GIS, ArcGIS y/o QGIS ya sea a partir de datos catastrales como de otro tipo de datos geográficos y/o supervisarlos en el caso de que la redacción de estos instrumentos haya sido objeto de una contratación externa.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Elaborar, actualizar, consultar y analizar diferentes bases de datos relacionadas con cartografía e información geográfica para la toma de decisiones en la elaboración de los instrumentos de planeamiento general urbanístico.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Analizar datos, general información espacial y elaborar representaciones gráficas y cartográficas relativas a la ortofotogrametría, así como mapas temáticos.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Colaborar con la redacción y/o supervisión de la documentación y tramitación ambiental, así como del resto de documentos de los instrumentos de planeamiento general urbanístico con el resto del personal técnico que conforma la Oficina del Plan General y apoyar en las aplicaciones y consultas relacionadas con la disciplina cartográfica.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Mantenerse debidamente actualizado y formado para el correcto ejercicio de sus funciones.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>CUARTO.- </strong>Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
