&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ref. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 17.3.b) y 20.8.a) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, cuyo texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es promover y facilitar el acceso al deporte y a su práctica colectiva, siempre dentro del ámbito competencial en materia deportiva del Ayuntamiento de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.- Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria los clubes, asociaciones y entidades deportivas, legalmente constituidas y reconocidas (quedan excluidas las sociedades anónimas deportivas), que figuren inscritas en el Registro de la Dirección General de Deportes y en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones, que además:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contemplen en sus estatutos la práctica de la actividad física y deportiva;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realicen actividades periódicas regularmente con el Instituto Calvianer de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Calvià (de ahora en adelante ICE); o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realicen actividades, iniciativas y programas deportivos extraordinarios, siempre que presenten y registren el proyecto global, para el Ayuntamiento de Calvià; o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participen en competiciones de categoría nacional y que promocionen el municipio de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se podrán beneficiar de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria las personas en las que concurra alguna de las prohibiciones que establece el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones a entidades deportivas deportivas del municipio de Calvià del año 2026, publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, núm. 33 de 14 de marzo de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La asignación presupuestaria para la presente convocatoria es de trescientos ochenta mil euros (380.000 €) para 2026, con cargo a la correspondiente partida presupuestaria del Ayuntamiento de Calvià. Esta cantidad queda repartida de la siguiente manera: LÍNEA “A” 280.000 €, LÍNEA “B” 90.000 € y LÍNEA “C” 10.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- Plazo de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será de quince (15) días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
