    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el decreto nº 5483, de fecha 13/03/26 (SEGRA 835479), se ha acordado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 13 de noviembre de 2024, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palma, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo (Pleno_20241113_01_022): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“6.- Aprobar definitivamente la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de las zonas de bajas emisiones (ZBEs) junto con el proyecto para la implantación de la ZBE, Fase I, del Centro de Palma, de conformidad con los informes técnicos adjuntos y con la redacción que se recoge en el Anexo del mismo acuerdo”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo íntegro del Pleno, con la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de las zonas de bajas emisiones, sus anejos relativos a las ZBEs, el ámbito, limitaciones, requisitos de acceso y registro municipal de matrículas sin distintivo apropiado, y el proyecto técnico de la ZBE del Centro de Palma, se publicaron en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) n.º 167, de 21 de diciembre de 2024. De acuerdo con su Disposición final segunda, entró en vigor el día 22 de diciembre de 2024, el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con su artículo 1, esta Ordenanza establece la creación y la gestión de las zonas de bajas emisiones, determinada por la Ley 7/2021, de 20 de mayo, de cambio climático y transición energética, en el municipio de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se entiende por ZBE, según la definición dada por la Ley de cambio climático, el ámbito delimitado por una administración pública, en ejercicio de sus competencias, dentro de su territorio, de carácter continuo y en el cual se aplican restricciones de acceso, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos para mejorar la calidad del aire y mitigar las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, de acuerdo con la clasificación de los vehículos por su nivel de emisiones con arreglo a lo que establece el Reglamento general de vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La implementación de las ZBEs que se establecen para la ciudad de Palma, regulada en el artículo 5 de la Ordenanza, está integrada y es coherente con los instrumentos municipales de planificación urbana estratégica y normativa de calidad del aire y de acción contra el ruido, así como las medidas adoptadas por el Plan de movilidad urbana sostenible de Palma (PMUS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por razones de interés general, como consecuencia de la aprobación de la Ordenanza de la ZBE y la limitación de tiempo para dar la correspondiente difusión y divulgación de la ZBE del Centro de Palma, antes de su implantación, y con el fin de facilitar la información necesaria a los ciudadanos sobre el acceso, circulación y estacionamiento en el ámbito de la ZBE del Centro de Palma, así como poder facilitar el tiempo suficiente a los ciudadanos para la inscripción en el Registro municipal de los vehículos que no dispongan del correspondiente distintivo ambiental de la Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) antes de su implantación, se estableció una moratoria con suspensión del régimen sancionador y de infracciones de los artículos 16 y 17 de la ZBE por el periodo comprendido desde el día de entrada en vigor de la Ordenanza, 22/12/2024, hasta el 31/06/2025, ambos incluidos, para permitir, en estos seis meses, la familiarización y adaptación graduales de la ciudadanía y los sectores económicos, a sus características, dada la complejidad de tipologías de vehículos que pueden solicitar autorización para su inscripción en el Registro municipal para su acceso a la ZBE del Centro de Palma, mediante la Resolución n.º 20184, de 23/12/2024 (SEGRA n.º 705899). En este sentido, la DGT publicó la Instrucción MOV 2023/20, que recoge unas ciertas recomendaciones para el establecimiento de moratorias, exenciones y autorización en el acceso de vehículos a las ZBE y otras UVAR (Regulación del acceso de vehículos al área urbana) en este caso justificando la aplicación de la citada moratoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 1 de julio de 2025, se inició el régimen sancionador y de infracciones de los artículos 16 y 17 de la Ordenanza de la ZBE, y en consecuencia, en primer término, la recepción de alegaciones y quejas sobre las multas impuestas a los vehículos de matrículas extranjeras; y en segundo término, las alegaciones y quejas sobre la autorización por recogida o acompañamiento de alumnos y/o personas dependientes empadronadas menores de 12 años a las escuelas dentro del ámbito de la ZBE (apartados 2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, y 2.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, del Anexo 2, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehículos que necesitan autorización municipal registral limitada de acceso, circulación y estacionamiento y sus requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consta el informe técnico municipal, de fecha 10 de marzo de 2026 (Sefycu n.º 4406472), sobre la revisión de las autorizaciones de vehículos con matrículas extranjeras y sobre los menores de 12 años. En el primer caso, en el sentido de permitir el acceso, circulación y estacionamiento de los vehículos con matrícula extranjera a la ZBE al equipararse con la tipología vehicular, las características ambientales y el periodo de implantación, inscritos en el Registro de autorizaciones de vehículos; y en el segundo caso, en el sentido de superar la mención a los menores de 12 años ampliándose la previsión a los menores de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 3 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, dispone que las Administraciones públicas en sus relaciones con los ciudadanos respetarán, entre otros, los principios de simplicidad y claridad. El artículo 129 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, dispone de entre los principios de buena regulación, atender al principio de seguridad jurídica. Esto, hace necesario unificar y clarificar este esquema normativo en una resolución complementaria que actualiza el Anexo 2, sobre las autorizaciones de acceso, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, dispone la competencia propia municipal en medio ambiente urbano, tráfico, estacionamiento de vehículos y movilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los artículos 21 y 29 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 129 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El artículo 3 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Los artículos 7 y 68 del Real decreto legislativo 6/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos de motor y seguridad viaria, que disponen las competencias municipales y sobre las matrículas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Real Decreto 2822/1998, de 23 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento General de Vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La Ley 10/2019, de 22 de febrero, de cambio climático y transición energética de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La Ley 7/2021, de 20 de mayo, de cambio climático y transición energética y, en concreto, el artículo 14.3 a), que impone la obligación de establecer las ZBE a determinados municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. El Real Decreto 1052/2022, de 27 de diciembre, por el cual se regulan las zonas de bajas emisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Los artículos 172 a 175, del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. El artículo 48 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, general tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Los artículos 8 y 9 de la Ley 35/2006, de 28 de noviembre, del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas y de modificación parcial de las leyes de los impuestos sobre sociedades, sobre la renta de no residentes y sobre el patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Los artículos 53, 54, 56 y 70 del Real Decreto 1690/1986, de 11 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de población y demarcación territorial de las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. La disposición final primera de la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de las zonas de bajas emisiones (BOIB n.º 167, de 21 de diciembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, el jefe del departamento de Movilidad que suscribe, de acuerdo con los hechos y fundamentos de derecho expuestos, vistas las competencias delegadas por la Junta de Gobierno en los ámbitos determinados por el Decreto de Alcaldía de organización de los Servicios Administrativos n.º 11129, de 17 de septiembre de 2024 (BOIB n.º 125, de 24 de septiembre); el Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 5 de julio de 2023 (BOIB n.º 95, de 11 de julio); y el Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 10678, de 10 de septiembre de 2024 (BOIB n.º 125, de 24 de septiembre), o si procede, los acuerdos y resoluciones que los modifiquen, a partir de su vigencia, propongo al Concejal que dicte la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar, dentro del Anexo 2, el apartado 2.1 y), donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“vehículos con matrícula extranjera”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, ha de decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“vehículos con matrícula extranjera de residentes empadronados en un domicilio situado en la ZBE”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Introducir, dentro del Anexo 2, el apartado 2.1 k), como se dispone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;k. Vehículos con matrícula extranjera&lt;/strong&gt;. Los vehículos registrados fuera de España no están clasificados según los criterios actuales de la etiqueta ambiental de la DGT. Por este motivo, todos los vehículos extranjeros que cumplan los requisitos ambientales vistos los diferentes periodos establecidos en el apartado 1 de este anexo 2, se han de inscribir en el Registro de autorizaciones de vehículos con una antelación de 5 días naturales a la fecha prevista de acceso, para circular por las ZBEs&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;El titular del vehículo tiene que solicitar la inscripción en el Registro mediante el formulario que se encuentra en la página web mobipalma.mobi con la siguiente documentación adjunta:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pasaporte, NIE, Carnet de conducir del país de origen u otro documento oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ficha técnica del vehículo, donde se indique el cumplimiento de la normativa EURO de emisiones correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Permiso de circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditación, de manera fehaciente, de la titularidad del vehículo (en caso de rénting o leasing, aportar copia del contrato a nombre del titular).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificación mediante pasaje de la entrada en la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez solicitada la inscripción se dispondrá de un permiso de 30 días naturales, desde la fecha de acceso solicitada, para poder circular por la ZBE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los requisitos para la inscripción de vehículos que cumplen los requerimientos para acceder, circular y estacionar a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigor de esta Ordenanza hasta el 31/12/2026 son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismos y furgonetas ligeras de gasolina clasificados como EURO 6, EURO 5, EURO 4 o EURO 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Turismos y furgonetas ligeras de diésel clasificados como EURO 6, EURO 5 o EURO 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehículos de energías alternativas clasificados como BEV, EREV, PHEV, FCEV, PHEV, HEV, GNC, GNL o GLP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehículos de dos ruedas clasificados como BEV, EREV, FCEV, PHEV, HEV, GNC, GNL, GLP, EURO 5, EURO 5+, EURO 4, EURO 3 o EURO 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los requisitos para la inscripción de vehículos que cumplen los requisitos para acceder, circular y estacionar a partir del 01/01/2027 hasta el 31/12/2029 son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los requisitos para la inscripción de vehículos que cumplen los requisitos para acceder, circular y estacionar a partir del 01/01/2030 son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vehículos de energías alternativas clasificados como BEV, EREV, PHEV, FCEV, PHEV, HEV, GNC, GNL o GLP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
