&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del 2 de febrero de 2026&amp;nbsp;(BOE&amp;nbsp;de 11 de febrero), la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública del Ministerio de Presidencia, Justicia y Relación con las Cortes convocó el concurso para la provisión de registros de la propiedad, mercantiles y de bienes muebles. Entre las plazas ofrecidas había una vacante correspondiente al ámbito de las Illes Balears, según la relación anexa a la documentación enviada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública resolvió el concurso mediante la Resolución de 4 de marzo de 2026&amp;nbsp;(BOE&amp;nbsp;núm. 64, de 13&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;marzo&amp;nbsp;de 2026) y, en el ámbito de las Illes Balears, proveyó la siguiente vacante:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Registro de la Propiedad de&amp;nbsp;Palma de Mallorca&amp;nbsp;número 2, que se adjudicó a la señora&amp;nbsp;María Elena López&amp;nbsp;López.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En fecha 13&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;marzo&amp;nbsp;de 2026, la directora general de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento ha formulado la propuesta de resolución de este nombramiento.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El apartado 2 del artículo 99 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, en la redacción de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de Reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, establece que corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma la facultad de nombrar a los registradores que deben prestar sus servicios en las Illes Balears. Con el fin de cumplir este precepto legal, la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública ha remitido a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears el expediente del concurso mencionado.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 8.3 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, establece&amp;nbsp;que&amp;nbsp;si alguna disposición atribuye competencia a una administración pública, sin especificar el órgano que la debe ejercer, se entiende que la facultad de instruir y resolver los expedientes corresponde a los órganos inferiores competentes por razón de la materia. En virtud del Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la Consejería de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción de Gobierno y Cooperación Local, por medio de la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento, es competente en cuanto a las relaciones con los operadores jurídicos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Nombrar a la Sra.&amp;nbsp;María Elena López&amp;nbsp;López, registradora adjudicataria del&amp;nbsp;Registro de la Propiedad de&amp;nbsp;Palma de Mallorca&amp;nbsp;número 2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dar traslado de estos nombramientos a las&amp;nbsp;personas interesadas&amp;nbsp;y a la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública del Ministerio de Presidencia, Justicia y Relaciones con las Cortes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Disponer la publicación de este nombramiento en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia, Coordinación de la Acción de Gobierno y Cooperación Local en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
