&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS EN MATERIA DE ESTERILIZACIÓN Y CHIP DE GATOS Y GATAS EN EL MUNICIPIO DE CAMPANET 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTRUCTURA DE LA AYUDA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 10. Propuesta de resolución provisional y resolución definitiva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 11. Publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Artículo 12. Fin de la Vía Administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas a personas particulares comprometidas con el bienestar animal. El objetivo es desarrollar las tareas de identificación y esterilización de la población de gatos y gatas de colonias urbanas del municipio de Campanet, así como de los gatos y gatas de particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante esta ayuda se pretende fomentar el control de las colonias de felinos para evitar el crecimiento exponencial, minimizando los riesgos higiénicos y sanitarios y mejorando la calidad de vida de estos animales. Además, se quieren eliminar las molestias a los vecinos y vecinas ocasionadas por las orinas, vocalizaciones y posibles peleas de las colonias de gatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalmente, sería adecuado informar y educar a la ciudadanía sobre la necesidad y los beneficios de regular las colonias de gatos incontroladas, así como a ser responsable y no abandonar los gatos domésticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. DISPONIBILIDAD PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cantidad máxima destinada a esta ayuda es de 1.500,00€, aplicados a la partida presupuestaria 2025/01/172/48025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. PERSONAS Y ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Las personas que podrán ser beneficiarias de la ayuda:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán particulares que acrediten estar empadronados/as en Campanet y sean propietarias de gatos o gatas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Serán mayores de 18 años en el momento de la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas físicas que soliciten la ayuda en todo caso sólo podrán ser beneficiarias por un máximo de tres gatos i/o gatas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud implica que la persona solicitante consiente que el Ayuntamiento de Campanet pueda acceder a los datos que sean necesarios para comprobar la veracidad de los datos que presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. REQUISITOS PARA LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concesión de la ayuda se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia no competitiva. Por tanto, en caso de existir un número de beneficiarios que supere el límite máximo previsto (1.500,00 euros), el importe total se adjudicará a las solicitudes según su orden de entrada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La operación de esterilización y/o poner el chip correspondiente debe haberse realizado entre día 1 de enero de 2026 y día 30 de junio de 2026, ambos incluidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las acciones subvencionables son la esterilización de gatos y gatas y el chip correspondiente. No es necesario que estén censados ni que tengan chip. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Como máximo se podrá obtener la ayuda para la esterilización y/o la puesta del chip correspondiente de tres gatos i/o gatas por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para obtener la ayuda se deberá justificar la esterilización y/o la puesta del chip correspondiente adjuntando una foto del animal, el certificado veterinario de castración y/o del chip, así como la factura del veterinario donde se especifique el coste de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. PLAZO DE LAS SOLICITUDES LICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será desde el día siguiente de la publicación de las presentes bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) hasta el día 30 de junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El abono de las ayudas se realizará por transferencia bancaria una vez dictada la resolución definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de ayuda fuera de plazo será causa de no admisión de las solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud supone la aceptación de las bases que rigen la convocatoria y el compromiso de la persona solicitante de cumplir con las obligaciones y deberes que derivan de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. BASES REGULADORAS Y RÉGIMEN DE CONCURRENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas ayudas se regirán por lo fijado en la presente convocatoria, en las bases de ejecución del presupuesto del Ayuntamiento, en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas y en las restantes normas de derecho administrativo que en su caso sean aplicables, y en su defecto, las normas de derecho privado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento para la concesión de estas ayudas será mediante concurrencia no competitiva según el número de solicitudes una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación y según su orden de entrada, siempre y cuando no se tengan que enmendar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellas solicitudes que cumpliendo los requisitos para adquirir la condición de beneficiario les falte algún documento preceptivo o de acreditación se les concederá un plazo máximo e improrrogable de 5 días hábiles para poder presentar en una sola vez toda la documentación que les falte, indicándole que si no lo hiciera se le tendrá por desistido de su solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de enmienda de las solicitudes de ayuda, la fecha de solicitud a computar para la concesión de la ayuda será la fecha en que se presenten las enmiendas de las deficiencias de la solicitud inicialmente presentada y éstas cumplan los requisitos para adquirir la condición de beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. IMPORTE DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe máximo de la ayuda que se otorgue estará ligado al sexo de los felinos y a la puesta del chip correspondiente, tal y como se expone en la tabla siguiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier caso, el importe máximo de la ayuda no será superior al 100% del coste veterinario de la operación de esterilización, con el IVA incluido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El importe total de la operación de esterilización debe incluir también la inyección antibiótica que se suministra tras la operación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No serán subvencionables otras operaciones ni tratamientos veterinarios que se hayan realizado paralelamente o al mismo tiempo que la esterilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. ÓRGANO COMPETENTE PARA LA INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano competente para la instrucción del expediente es la Regiduría de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Éste solicitará cuantos informes estime necesarios para resolver, así como evaluar las solicitudes que se presenten en tiempo y forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver será la Alcaldía en virtud del art. 21.1.s LBRL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. SOL· LICITUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Las solicitudes de particulares se presentarán o bien presencialmente en el Registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento o preferiblemente a través del registro electrónico situado en la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Campanet (https://campanet.sedelectronica.es/info.0), o por cualquiera de los medios señalados en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Se debe presentar la siguiente documentación (ANEXO I):&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Solicitud debidamente cumplimentada donde se especificará el IBAN bancario del interesado y se harán las siguientes declaraciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Autorizo al Ayuntamiento a consultar mis datos padronales en caso de ser pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaro que los datos bancarios aportados son correctos y se corresponden con una cuenta de la que somos titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaro responsablemente que no concurre ninguna de las circunstancias que impiden obtener la condición de beneficiario de ayudas públicas establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Copia del DNI o NIE de la persona solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado veterinario de realización de la operación donde se especifique: datos del veterinario, fecha de la esterilización y procedimiento realizado, datos del animal (como mínimo el sexo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Factura donde se especifique el coste de la esterilización. El nombre de la persona solicitante debe coincidir con el nombre que aparece en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fotografía del animal esterilizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No será necesaria la presentación del certificado de empadronamiento del solicitante. Con la presentación de la solicitud se entiende implícito el consentimiento del interesado para que el Ayuntamiento consulte sus datos en el padrón de habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. PROPUESTA DE RESOLUCIÓN PROVISIONAL Y RESOLUCIÓN DEFINITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes, por el órgano instructor se formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que será publicada en el tablón en papel y electrónico del Ayuntamiento, concediendo un plazo de 5 días para presentar alegaciones. Se podrá prescindir del trámite de audiencia cuando no figuren en procedimiento ni sean tenidos en cuenta otros hechos ni otras alegaciones y las pruebas que las aducidas por los interesados. En este caso, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá el carácter de definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tras examinar las alegaciones si las hubiere, se formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes por los que se propone la concesión de la ayuda, y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada la propuesta de resolución definitiva debe contener al solicitante o la relación de solicitantes a los que se concede la ayuda y hará constar, en su caso, de manera expresa, la desestimación del resto de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de resolución y publicación será de 2 meses desde el fin de plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La lista de beneficiarios de la ayuda y el importe concedido, así como los excluidos y motivo de exclusión, será publicada en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Campanet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. FIN DE LA VÍA ADMINISTRATIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acto de resolución de la ayuda agota la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, contra esta resolución podrá interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Alcalde de este Ayuntamiento, en el término de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación, o bien directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses,&amp;nbsp; a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
