text/html 201604 CAIB 2026-03-19 820 2026-03-19 2026-03-16 713154 15159 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 04/03/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>"PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1031 relativa a la creación de un puesto de trabajo de TAG en el Servicio de Igualdad, solicitada por el Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades, en el sentido de que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.- </strong>Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.- </strong>Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
