text/html es 2026-03-19 15156 2026-03-16 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 04/03/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>"PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1030 relativa a la creación de un puesto de trabajo de auxiliar administrativo/a en el Departamento de Innovación, solicitada por el Área de Medio Natural, Entornos Saludables, Mercados e Innovación, en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.- </strong>Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
