&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El 12 de enero de 2026, la Comissió Negociadora del Convenio colectivo de la empresa Real Club Náutico de Palma acordó el incremento salarial del 3% y las tablas salariales para el año 2026 y suscribió la correspondiente acta de la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El 17 de febrero de 2026, Antonio Bartolomé Darder Abad, como persona designada por la Comissión negociadora, sol·licitó el diposito, inscripción y publicación del acta y las tablas salariales citadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El artículo 90.3 del Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Inscribir y depositar el acta de la sesión de la comisión negociadora, donde se aprueba el incremento salarial del 3% y de las tablas salariales para el año 2026 del Convenio colectivo de la empresa Real Club Náutico de Palma, de 12 de enero de 2026, en el Registro de Convenios colectivos, Acuerdos Colectivos y Planes de Igualdad de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Hacer constar que la versión castellana del texto es la original firmada por los miembros de la Comisión Negociadora y que la versión catalana es su traducción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Publicar el acta y las tablas salariales 2026 en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;oletín&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;slas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Rafael Gil March, por su tesorero D. Manolo Rigo Escoda y por los representantes sindicales Diana Ma Campos Perez, Luis F. Barquilla Rama, Bernardo Pastor Sanchez, Ma Jose Garrote Ortiz y Noemi Rossell6 Redondo al objeto de discutir el siguiente orden del dia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; Incremento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Salarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Debido al trabajo realizado por la&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;plantilla estos ultimas afios, asi como en busca de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;la estabilidad de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;la plantilla, y a fin de evitar la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;perdida de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;poder adquisitivo a causa de la subida del IPC, ambas partes acuerdan que el Real Club Nautico de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Palma procedera a un incremento salarial, con caracter retroactivo desde el 1°&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;de&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Por consiguiente y tras una revision de los salarios de los empleados y a partir de este analisis, los salarios se incrementaran un 3% para el afio 2026, segun se acord6 previamente en la Junta Directiva del pasado 15 de&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;diciembre de&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Este&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;beneficio se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;vera reflejado en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;su&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;pr6ximo pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Cabe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;recordar que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;este&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;aumento es constitutivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;salario,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;lo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;cual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;tambien&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;afecta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;sus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;prestaciones ante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt;Seguridad Social, y a los valores que van destinados a&lt;span style="color:#262626"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;futuras prestaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
