    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local de l'Ajuntament de Palma, en sesión de día 11 de marzo de 2026, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Propuesta de acuerdo a la Junta de Gobierno de Palma por la que se modifica el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades, en materia de participación ciudadana, 2025-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 13 de noviembre de 2024, la Junta de Gobierno de Palma mediante su Acuerdo núm. JGL_20241113_01_012, aprobó el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades, en materia de participación ciudadana, 2025-2027 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(en adelante, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 5 de febrero de 2025, el órgano antes citado, mediante su Acuerdo núm. 3807293, acordó la modificación del Plan en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Incluir la Línea C destinada a grandes eventos como una línea independiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Incluir los objetivos específicos, los indicadores y los resultados previstos que se derivan de este desglose&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Modificar la dotación presupuestaria destinada a cada una de las líneas como consecuencia de la nueva distribución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Sustituir el nombre de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sublínea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;por el de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;partida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, dado que se considera más clarificador para las entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 3 de marzo de 2026, la coordinadora de Participación, con el visto bueno del jefe del Departamento de Participación Ciudadana y la conformidad de la directora general de Participación Ciudadana, emitieron el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe justificativo de la modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades, 2025-2027, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;según el cual la modificación del Plan consiste en la inclusión de las subvenciones nominativas que a continuación se detallan y que se aprobaron por el Pleno de la Corporación con el Presupuesto municipal para el año 2026:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. La subvención nominativa a la FEDERACIÓN DE ASOCIACIONES DE VECINOS DE PALMA, con NIF G07203573, por la organización del evento Diumenge de l'Àngel 2026, por un importe de 15.000 €, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 16 33805 48903 del presupuesto municipal de gastos 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. La subvención nominativa a la FEDERACIÓN DE ASOCIACIONES DE VECINOS DE PALMA, con NIF G07203573, por la organización del evento Revetla de Sant Joan 2026, por un importe de 21.500,00 €, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 16 33806 48903 del presupuesto municipal de gastos 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. La subvención nominativa a la FEDERACIÓ DE VEINATS DE SA CIUTAT DE PALMA, con NIF G57981755, por la organización del evento Fiestas de la Mare de Déu de la Salut 2026, por un importe de 15.000 €, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 16 33807 48904 del presupuesto municipal de gastos 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Como consecuencia de lo mencionado en el antecedente precedente, se modifica el Plan en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea E: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premios del Concurso de carteles de la Cabalgata de los Reyes Magos, en Palma, « Antoni Socias Cladera» y del Concurso de carteles de Sa Rueta y Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea F: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premios a las carrozas y comparsas que participan en Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea E: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;subvenciones nominativas para la organización y realización de las festividades del Diumenge de l'Àngel, la Nit de Sant Joan y las Fiestas de la Mare de Déu de la Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea F: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premios del Concurso de carteles de la Cabalgata de los Reyes Magos, en Palma, « Antoni Socias Cladera» y del Concurso de carteles de Sa Rueta y Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea G: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premios a las carrozas y comparsas que participan en Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, a causa de haber incluido las subvenciones nominativas de referencia en la Línea E, la descripción específica de esta línea en el Plan es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea E: subvenciones nominativas para la organización y realización de las festividades de carácter popular y tradicional del Diumenge de l'Àngel, la Nit de Sant Joan y las Fiestas de la Mare de Déu de la Salut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objeto: las subvenciones tienen por objeto apoyar la organización y realización de tres celebraciones tradicionales de Palma: el Diumenge de l'Àngel, la Nit de Sant Joan y las Fiestas de la Mare de Déu de la Salut. Estas festividades forman parte del patrimonio cultural y festivo de la ciudad y contribuyen a la participación ciudadana, la cohesión social y la dinamización sociocultural del municipio. Las subvenciones incluyen los gastos necesarios para el desarrollo de las actividades propias de cada festividad, así como los gastos de funcionamiento directamente vinculados a su organización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Temporalidad: las subvenciones tienen un carácter anual y están destinadas a la organización de los citados eventos y cubrirán el período necesario para la preparación, coordinación y ejecución de cada una de las festividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ámbito subjetivo: atendiendo a que se trata de subvenciones nominativas previstas en el presupuesto municipal, las entidades beneficiarias de estas subvenciones son aquellas que, de acuerdo con la tradición participativa de las citadas festividades, asuman la tarea de organización y coordinación de las actividades. Para cada una de ellas, se considera que existe una imposibilidad material de concurrencia, dado que el evento ha sido históricamente impulsado y organizado por la entidad subvencionada y que no existe otra con la capacidad, experiencia ni legitimidad para organizarla. La entidad beneficiaria para cada una de las 3 subvenciones es:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diumenge de l'Àngel: la entidad beneficiaria es la Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nit de Sant Joan: la entidad beneficiaria es la Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mare de Déu de la Salut: la entidad beneficiaria es la Federació de veinats de sa ciutat de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuantía: las cuantías se establecerán teniendo en cuenta siempre la disponibilidad presupuestaria anual, con una cuantía orientativa por cada festividad de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diumenge de l'Àngel: 15.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROBAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la modificación del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Área de Servicios Sociales, Educación, Participación Ciudadana, Juventud e Igualdad de Oportunidades, en materia de participación ciudadana, 2025-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que acompaña a esta Resolución, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea F: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;premios a las carrozas y comparsas que participan en Sa Rua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
