&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA BOLSA DE TRABAJO DE PERSONAL FUNCIONARIO INTERINO, TAE ARQUITECTO/A MUNICIPAL, GRUPO A, SUBGRUPO A1, MEDIANTE EL SISTEMA DE CONCURSO OPOSICIÓN, DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE SANTANYÍ&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A la villa de Santanyí, la regidora de función pública suscribiente, Sra. Maria Monserrat Bennasar, en presencia&amp;nbsp;del secretario de la Corporación, dicta el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vista la convocatoria para constituir una bolsa de trabajo de personal funcionario interino, TAE arquitecto/a municipal, grupo A, subgrupo A1, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, las bases de la cual se publicaron en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares n.º 60, de 13 de mayo de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Viste que, en fecha 10 de marzo de 2026, el tribunal calificador ha publicado el anuncio de resultados definitivos de este proceso selectivo, elevando a la Alcaldia la relación definitiva por orden de clasificación de las personas aspirantes para constituir la bolsa de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En consecuencia,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Constituir la bolsa de trabajo de personal funcionario interino, TAE arquitecto/a municipal, grupo A, subgrupo A1, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, con la orden de prelación siguiente, de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida en el proceso selectivo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar el anuncio de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y, posteriormente, a la página web de la Corporación.» &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer, alternativamente, o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto, ante la alcaldesa de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si se optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. Todo esto sin perjuicio de que se pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
