&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HECHOS Y FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local de día 18 de febrero de 2025 se aprobaron las bases específicas de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para cubrir, como personal funcionario de carrera, dos plazas de la categoría de oficial de la Policía Local del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx por promoción interna, que fueron publicadas en el BOIB núm. 24 de día 22 de febrero de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Dentro del plazo establecido al efecto, y de acuerdo con la convocatoria publicada en el BOE núm. 115 de día 13 de mayo de 2025, se presentaron un total de 7 personas aspirantes, que quedaron todas admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Finalizadas las pruebas correspondientes del proceso selectivo, el 11 de marzo de 2026 se ha publicado la lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes que han superado todos los ejercicios eliminatorios correspondientes a la fase de oposición junto con la correspondiente fase de concurso, relación de la que se desprende que han superado las pruebas un total de 3 aspirantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta puntuación se eleva a la Alcaldía para que dicte la resolución correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. De conformidad a lo establecido en la cláusula décima de las bases, la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y deben ser nombrados como personal funcionario en prácticas en ningún caso puede ser un número de aspirantes superior al de plazas convocadas. Tal y como se indica en el antecedente primero, el objetivo de la actual convocatoria es la cobertura de dos plazas vacantes de categoría oficial de policía local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I. Los sistemas de acceso a las diferentes categorías de los cuerpos de policía local vienen regulados en la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, con la modificación efectuada por la Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre, y en el título IX del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;II. La cláusula primera de las Bases que rigen el proceso establece el objeto de la convocatoria, que es la cobertura de 2 plazas de la categoría oficial de policía local por promoción interna, vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente, correspondientes a la Oferta de Empleo Público del año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;III. La cláusula décima de las Bases de referencia determina que la aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que hayan superado el proceso selectivo y deban ser nombrados para personal funcionario en prácticas será publicada en el BOIB y en la página web del ayuntamiento www.felanitx.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;IV. La misma cláusula décima determina que el plazo de presentación de los documentos acreditativos de cumplimiento de los requisitos se inicia desde la fecha de publicación de la resolución de aprobación de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo y tienen que ser nombrados personal funcionario en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los antecedentes de hecho y fundamentos de derechos expuestos,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la relación de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo, y que serán nombradas personal funcionario en prácticas, de acuerdo con lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
