    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por parte de la Junta de Gobierno Local municipal, en fecha 26/02/2026 se ha aprobado Acuerdo relativo a la rectificación y por lo tanto a la subsanación del error material que se ha detectado en las Bases reguladoras y la convocatoria de subvenciones de rehabilitación de edificios y viviendas convocatoria 2025-2026, y se procede a publicar en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears el acuerdo adoptado, para su difusión y conocimiento público:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‘'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Proceder a la &lt;strong&gt;RECTIFICACIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;y por lo tanto a la subsanación del error material que se ha detectado en las Bases reguladoras y la convocatoria de subvenciones de rehabilitación de edificios y viviendas convocatoria 2025-2026, concretamente en el artículo 5, letra a) de las Bases reguladoras:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DONDE DICE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;‘'5.- Actividad subvencionable.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son objeto de subvención y, por lo tanto, tienen la consideración de actuaciones protegibles, las siguientes actuaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Las que tengan por finalidad la mejora del estado de conservación de los elementos comunes del edificio cuando afecte a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:80px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los elementos de fundamentación y estructura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las cubiertas, azoteas, fachadas y medianeras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las instalaciones comunes del edificio para la adaptación a la normativa vigente: saneamiento, abastecimiento de agua, electricidad y telecomunicaciones'. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DEBE DECIR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;‘'5.- Actividad subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son objeto de subvención y, por lo tanto, tienen la consideración de actuaciones protegibles, las siguientes actuaciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los elementos de fundamentación y estructura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las cubiertas y azoteas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;SEGUNDO.- PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;el correspondiente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB), así como en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones a efectos de su difusión y público conocimiento, en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;TERCERO.- OTORGAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; un nuevo plazo de presentación de solicitudes en relación a la citada convocatoria de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;CINCO (5) DÍAS HÁBILES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, a partir del día hábil siguiente a la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears''.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
