    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 19, de día 2 de febrero de 2026, adoptó el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Dado que, en el Ple extraordinario y urgente de día 31 de enero de 2026, de acuerdo con los pactos de gobierno de los partidos que conforman el equipo de gobierno del Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca, fue investida alcaldesa la señora Maria Jesús Bagur Benejam;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local, la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local; y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar como miembros de la Junta de Govern Local, presidida por la alcaldesa, en virtud del artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985, y los artículos 41 y 52 del RD 2568/1986, a los siguientes regidores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL (PSOE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. CARLA ALEJANDRA GENER MARQUÈS (Ciutadella Endavant)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 82 del Reglamento orgánico municipal, establecer como día de celebración de las sesiones de la Junta de Govern el miércoles de cada semana, a las 9.30 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de esta resolución en la primera sesión del Ple municipal que se celebre y publicarla en el BOIB.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
