font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Beneficiarios</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Para obtener la condición de beneficiario, las personas físicas, las personas jurídicas, instituciones o entidades legalmente constituidas tendrán que cumplir con los requisitos y obligaciones contenidas tanto en los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, como en los artículos 10 y 11 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Objeto y plazo de ejecución de las actividades subvencionadas</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Es objeto de esta convocatoria, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Maó, definir las condiciones y el procedimiento a seguir para la concesión de subvenciones mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva, destinadas a financiar la actividad habitual y global de asociaciones y entidades que realicen su proyecto en el municipio de Maó en el ámbito.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; El plazo para su presentación tendrá como fecha límite el 31 de enero de 2027.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Otros datos</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 31.3 de las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal, en el momento de conceder la subvención se reconocerá la obligación por su importe total.
