    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, en reunión ordinaria de fecha 13 de febrero de 2026, aprobó la siguiente propuesta: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la previsión de los servicios de la Cartera de Servicios Sociales del Consejo Insular de Eivissa que se han de concertar durante el año 2026, en materia de atención a personas con discapacidad, y menores y familia, detallados en el anexo I, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 4 de la Ley 12/2018, de 15 de noviembre de servicios a las personas en el ámbito social en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el acuerdo que se adopte en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, y en el Portal de Transparencia del Consejo Insular de Eivissa de conformidad con la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definición del servicio: Servicio de atención diurna que da una atención integral a las personas con discapacidad con necesidades de apoyo extenso y generalizado en función de las necesidades de cada persona y de su tipo de discapacidad, para que puedan mejorar el mayor nivel de autonomía i bienestar, potenciar la inclusión y dar soporte a las familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ámbito Territorial: Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definición del servicio: La vivienda supervisada es un servicio residencial de carácter permanente o temporal para personas con discapacidad intelectual y/o del desarrollo que necesitan supervisión y apoyo de diferente intensidad. Se organiza en viviendas ordinarias que constituyen el domicilio habitual de la persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definición del servicio: El servicio de Centro Ocupacional da apoyo a las personas con discapacidad que necesitan organización, supervisión y asistencia en la realización de las actividades de la vida diaria, y también apoyo en el proceso de adquisición y desarrollo de actividades básicas y adaptativas personales, sociales y prelaboraels, para que puedan alcanzar, dentro de las posibilidades de cada persona usuaria, la máxima integración social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ámbito Territorial: Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definición del servicio: Los servicios de Atención Integral y promoción de la autonomía, para personas con discapacidad, son el conjunto de actuaciones que llevan a cabo profesionales para prevenir la aparición o el empeoramiento de enfermedades o discapacidades y las secuelas consecuentes, mediante el desarrollo coordinado de actuaciones de promoción de condiciones de vida saludables y programas específicos de carácter preventivo y de rehabilitación dirigidos a las personas con discapacidad, que tienen como finalidad desarrollar y mantener la capacidad de las personas para controlar, afrontar i tomar decisiones sobre cómo vivir de acuerdo con las normas y las preferencias propias, y facilitar la ejecución de las actividades básicas de la vida diaria, de manera que todas las personas puedan llevar un vida tan autónoma como sea posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Definición del servicio: Servicio de acogimiento residencial que tiene como finalidad la atención integral especializada en niños y adolescentes con una medida de protección de guarda o tutela, donde se atienden a las personas nerones de edad que, por sus disfunciones emocionales o conductuales o problemas de adicción, no se pueden adaptar a otros centros residenciales ordinarios y necesitan una alta intensidad educativa reforzada por recursos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- &lt;/em&gt;Ámbito Territorial: Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
