    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 23 de febrero de 2026, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla de personal del Ayuntamiento de Artà, con la amortización de dos plazas de personal laboral, una de Director/a de tiempo libre y otra de Ordenanza del teatro, y la creación de una plaza de personal laboral, Dinamizador sociocultural, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla de personal de este Ayuntamiento de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Amortización&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; de dos plazas de personal laboral: la plaza DIRACTTEMLLI1, Director/a de tiempo libre, personal laboral, del nivel 4 (C2), ficha RLT Id: 61; y una de las dos plazas de ordenanza del teatro, personal laboral, del nivel 5 (AP), concretamente la ORDTEATRE2, ficha RLT Id: 71.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Someter el presente acuerdo a información pública por un plazo de quince días mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Durante este plazo las personas interesadas podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que consideren pertinentes. Transcurrido este plazo, si no se han presentado alegaciones, se entenderá elevado a definitivo este acuerdo de aprobación inicial y entrará en vigor una vez se haya cumplido lo dispuesto en el artículo 112.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del Régimen Local, y también en el artículo 169 del Texto Refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por RD Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Este Acuerdo estará expuesto al público durante quince días, en cumplimiento de lo indicado en el artículo 169 y siguientes del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004,de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales. En el supuesto que no sea presentada ninguna reclamación el acuerdo de aprobación inicial se elevará a definitivo, sin necesidad de adoptar un nuevo acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
