    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 44.2 del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, se hace público para el conocimiento general y efectos pertinentes el Decreto de Alcaldía de día 26 de febrero de 2026, y que se transcribe íntegramente a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;María de Carmen Ferrer Torres, Alcaldesa-Presidenta del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza (Baleares),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HECHOS Y FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que la Sra. Alcaldesa se ausentará de la isla desde el 3 al 5 de marzo de 2026, ambos incluidos, corresponde a los Tenientes de Alcalde, como tales, sustituir en la totalidad de sus funciones y por la orden de su nombramiento, al Alcalde, en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que imposibilite a este para el ejercicio de sus atribuciones, así como ejercer las funciones del Alcalde en los supuestos de vacante en la alcaldía hasta que tome posesión el nuevo Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtud de lo que se dispone en los artículos 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y de acuerdo con los artículos 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es por lo que, en uso de las facultades legalmente conferidas de acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (LRBRL),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar la totalidad de las funciones de Alcaldía-Presidencia en el primer teniente de alcalde de este Ayuntamiento, Sr. MIGUEL TUR RUBIO, desde el 3 al 5 de marzo de 2026, ambos incluidos, sin perjuicio de su prórroga en caso de no reincorporación de esta Alcaldía en la fecha indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Trasladar la presente resolución al interesado, a los grupos municipales y a las áreas y servicios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de la presente Resolución en la siguiente sesión plenaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
