Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Treball, Funció Pública i Diàleg Social, de 15 d'octubre de 2025, es varen aprovar la convocatòria, les bases i els exercicis i es va designar el Tribunal Qualificador de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés, pel torn lliure, al cos facultatiu superior, escala d'enginyeria, especialitat enginyeria agrònoma de l'Administració especial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 139, de 21 d'octubre).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. En fecha de 19 de diciembre de 2025 se publicó la Resolución de la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Diálogo Social por la que se aprobó la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, con expresión de la causa de exclusión, de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, al cuerpo facultativo superior, escala de ingeniería, especialidad de ingeniería agrónoma de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, convocadas por Resolución de 15 de octubre de 2025. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Una vez finalizado el plazo previsto en el punto 9.3 del anexo 2 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria para que las personas excluidas u omitidas subsanen las deficiencias o aporten la documentación preceptiva, se deben aprobar y publicar las listas definitivas de personas admitidas y excluidas de las pruebas selectivas objeto de esta convocatoria. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>1</strong>. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>2.</strong> El artículo 6.3 c) de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>3.</strong> El Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>4.</strong> El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y modificaciones posteriores.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Por todo lo anterior dicto la siguiente </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas en la convocatoria objeto de esta Resolución, en los términos establecidos en el anexo 1 . </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La admisión de las personas aspirantes a participar en el procedimiento selectivo queda condicionada al cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones generales que se establecen en las bases específicas para participar en las pruebas selectivas convocadas, de acuerdo con los requisitos alegados en la solicitud y en la declaración responsable. El hecho de constar en la lista de personas admitidas no implica el reconocimiento a las personas interesadas de que se cumplen los requisitos para participar en esta convocatoria. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La admisión de las personas que hayan alegado una discapacidad queda condicionada al informe favorable de aptitud para el acceso a la función pública a los puestos de trabajo de personas con discapacidad emitido por el Equipo Técnico de Valoración y Orientación del Servicio de Valoración y Orientación de la Discapacidad y Dependencia para desarrollar las tareas fundamentales de este cuerpo, escala y especialidad <span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2.
