&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Diálogo Social, de 15 de octubre de 2025, se aprobaron la convocatoria, las bases y los ejercicios y se designó el Tribunal Calificador de las pruebas&amp;nbsp;selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, en el cuerpo facultativo técnico, escala de archivos, museos, bibliotecas y documentación, especialidad biblioteconomia y documentación&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt; de la Administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 139, de 21 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En fecha 19 de diciembre de 2025 se publicó la Resolución de la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Diálogo Social por la que se aprobó la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, con expresión de la causa de exclusión, de las pruebas selectivas para el ingreso, por el turno libre, al cuerpo facultativo técnico, escala de archivos, museos, bibliotecas y documentación, especialidad biblioteconomia y documentación, de la administración especial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, convocadas por Resolución de 15 de octubre de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Una vez finalizado el plazo previsto en el punto 9.3 del anexo 2 de las bases específicas de la convocatoria para que las personas excluidas u omitidas subsanen las deficiencias o aporten la documentación preceptiva, debe aprobarse y publicarse las listas definitivas de personas admitidas y excluidas de las pruebas selectivas objeto de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 6.3 c) de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y modificaciones posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anterior dicto la siguiente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas en la convocatoria objeto de esta Resolución, en los términos establecidos en el anexo 1 . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La admisión de las personas aspirantes a participar en el procedimiento selectivo queda condicionada al cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones generales que se establecen en las bases específicas para participar en las pruebas selectivas convocadas, de acuerdo con los requisitos alegados en la solicitud y en la declaración responsable. El hecho de constar en la lista de personas admitidas no implica el reconocimiento a las personas interesadas de que se cumplen los requisitos para participar en esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La admisión de las personas que hayan alegado una discapacidad queda condicionada al informe favorable de aptitud para el acceso a la función pública a los puestos de trabajo de personas con discapacidad emitido por el Equipo Técnico de Valoración y Orientación del Servicio de Valoración y Orientación de la Discapacidad y Dependencia para desarrollar las tareas fundamentales de este cuerpo, escala y especialidad .&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes excluidas en la convocatoria objeto de esta Resolución, con indicación de las causas de la exclusión, en los términos establecidos en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Declarar decaídos en su derecho al trámite de subsanación a las personas que no hayan presentado subsanación a su exclusión en el plazo concedido en la Resolución por la que se aprobaron las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Aprobar la fecha, el horario y el lugar de realización del primer ejercicio de las pruebas selectivas objeto de esta Resolución y convocar a las personas aspirantes admitidas de conformidad con lo que establece el anexo 3 de esta Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en el Portal del Opositor (oposicions.caib.es), y en la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB. (www.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Trabajo, Función Pública y Diálogo Social en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
