&lt;p&gt;1. El 26 de diciembre de 2023 se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de autoconsumo con o sin almacenamiento eléctrico con fuentes de energía renovable, así como de renovables térmicas, promovidas para personas físicas dentro las actuaciones previstas en el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de les Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea (NextGenerationEU) (BOIB núm. 174, de 26 de diciembre de 2023 ).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En fecha 2 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;febrero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se emitió la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución del consejero de Empresa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Autónomos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y Energía, a propuesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático por la que se minora la cantidad de la ayuda y se propone el pago de las subvenciones en el marco de la convocatoria pública para el fomento de instalaciones instalaciones de autoconsumo con o sin almacenamiento eléctrico con fuentes de energía renovable, así como de renovables térmicas, promovidas para personas físicas dentro de las actuaciones previstas en el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea (PITEIB PF) (BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;febrero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2026)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error material manifiesto en la tabla del anexo publicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, l&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprobar la rectificación del error material existente en la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, a propuesta del director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;febrero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por la que se minora la cantidad de la ayuda y se propone el pago de las subvenciones en el marco de la convocatoria pública para el fomento de instalaciones instalaciones de autoconsumo con o sin almacenamiento eléctrico con fuentes de energía renovable, así como de renovables térmicas, promovidas para personas físicas dentro de las actuaciones previstas en el Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Illes Balears, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financiado por la Unión Europea (PITEIB PF) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 5 de febrero de 2026) en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
