    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha 23 de febrero de 2026, el Presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza dictó los siguientes decretos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 88, de 29 de junio de 2023, se publicó el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000472, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Da&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;da mi ausencia, el día 26 de febrero (DP 2026000177) y desde el día 3 hasta el 5 de marzo de 2026 (ambos inclusive) (DP 2026000179), de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 25.1 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares y el artículo 55.1 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;DISPONE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;1. Designar para mi sustitución temporal al Sr. Mariano Juan Colomar, vicepresidente 1º y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo, el día 26 de febrero y desde el día 3 hasta el 5 de marzo de 2026 (ambos inclusive)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;2. Publicar este decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt; ”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
