11063 11061 2026-02-26 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 11/02/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>"PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-1008 relativa a la modificación del puesto de trabajo de Jefe/a de Departamento de Selección y Provisión de Recursos Humanos, del Área de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior en el sentido que se concreta en la propuesta.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente a su aprobación. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>TERCERO.-</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
