&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm.157, de 27 de noviembre de 2025, se publicó la Resolución del director general de 24 de noviembre de 2025 del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares por las que se convoca un procedimiento especial de selección de personal estatutario temporal del Servicio de salud de la categoría técnico/técnica en ciencias de la información, correspondiente a Atención Primaria de Menorca, de la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error en el punto 1.1.a) de las bases de la convocatoria por lo que respecta a la duración del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. También se ha advertido un error en el anexo 5, «Comisión de Selección», referente a los miembros que forman dicha Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, relativo a la rectificación en cualquier momento de los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos. Dado que la rectificación a efectuar no incide en el fondo del acto ni altera las condiciones sustantivas de participación, no procede la apertura de un nuevo plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Rectificar el error observado en el punto 1.1.a) de las bases de la Resolución del director general de 24 de noviembre 2025 del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares citada, de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Nombramiento de interinidad de ejecución de un programa de carácter temporal. El programa para ejecutar es la participación de pacientes en la iniciativa de desimplementación de prácticas de bajo valor en atención primaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Nombramiento de interinidad de ejecución de un programa de carácter temporal. El programa para ejecutar es la participación de pacientes en la iniciativa de desimplementación de prácticas de bajo valor en atención primaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Duración del nombramiento: en todo caso, como máximo, hasta el 31/12/2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Rectificar el error observado en el anexo 5 de la Resolución del director general de 24 de noviembre 2025 del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares citada, de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
