Objeto de las bases específicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es cubrir con carácter fijo tres plazas vacantes de oficial CMO peón, personal laboral del grupo C, subgrupo C2, del Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca, por turno libre, correspondiente a la Oferta pública de empleo (OPO) de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se entienden por &lt;em&gt;plazas vacantes&lt;/em&gt; tanto las no cubiertas temporalmente como las plazas cubiertas temporalmente por personal laboral temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El temario específico que rige la convocatoria es el establecido en el anexo I de este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normativa de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por las bases generales que regulan los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de la plantilla de funcionarios y de personal laboral previstas en las ofertas públicas de ocupación del Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca 2021-2024, aprobadas por acuerdo de la Junta de Govern del Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca de fecha del 17 de julio de 2024, con las posteriores modificaciones (BOIB número 99, de 27 de julio de 2024; BOIB número 105, de 10 de agosto de 2024 y BOIB número 137, de 19 de octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Transparencia y protección de datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A lo largo del proceso selectivo, se publicará en el portal del opositor del Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca toda la información relacionada con los diferentes aspectos del desarrollo de este proceso. A través de este portal, se puede acceder al formulario de inscripción y a las instrucciones correspondientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas que, por motivo de violencia de género, necesiten proteger su identidad pública deben indicar en la solicitud que desean anonimizar sus datos, por lo que tienen que presentar, en el momento de hacer la inscripción, la documentación que establece el artículo 23 de la Ley orgánica 1/2004, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas de protección integral contra la violencia de género, modificada por el Real decreto ley 9/2018, de 3 de agosto, de medidas urgentes para el despliegue del Pacto de Estado contra la violencia de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Otros méritos alegados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En relación con el apartado cuarto del anexo II de las Bases generales, en el que se deja abierta la valoración de otros méritos alegados con un total de hasta 1 punto como máximo, el mérito que se valorará es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por estar en posesión del carnet de conducir C1............ 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Calendario previsto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La primera prueba de oposición está prevista para mayo-junio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Pruebas de oposición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prueba teórica de la parte general: preguntas con respuestas alternativas, tipo test, de acuerdo con el apartado 7.7.2.a) de las Bases generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Prueba teórico-práctica de la parte específica: este segundo examen consistirá en realizar dos pruebas prácticas relativas a las funciones de la plaza que se quiere cubrir y que propondrá el Tribunal de cada una de las plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo total de este segundo ejercicio será de 90 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Antes del inicio de la prueba, el Tribunal tendrá que informar de los criterios de valoración de la prueba teórico-práctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Contratación del personal de nuevo ingreso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La contratación del personal seleccionado en estas ofertas públicas se hará en régimen de personal laboral. Las plazas vacantes de peón objeto de este concurso oposición son de naturaleza laboral, del grupo C, subgrupo C2, de acuerdo con el artículo 77 de la Ley del Estatuto básico del trabajador público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Orden de prelación y de adjudicación de plazas de las personas aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de aspirantes que hayan superado la oposición quedará determinada por la puntuación obtenida en el conjunto de los ejercicios obligatorios y eliminatorios de la oposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El orden de prelación final de las personas aspirantes que hayan superado la oposición vendrá determinado por la suma de todos los baremos incluidos en las bases generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La adjudicación de los puestos de trabajo se hará por orden de prelación, atendiendo a las preferencias de las personas seleccionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
