Con fecha 4 de diciembre de 2025, tuvo entrada en la Subdirección de&amp;nbsp;Contabilidad y Análisis, por medio de VALIB, la documentación para tramitar la&amp;nbsp;aceptación de la donación de material diverso de bienes consistentes en&amp;nbsp;equipamiento de gimnasio, valorado en 7.900,42 €, hecha por la asociación Sí&amp;nbsp;Con Cáncer, a favor del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, para el Servicio&amp;nbsp;de Rehabilitación del Hospital de Manacor. La documentación y la descripción&amp;nbsp;del equipamiento es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Este informe describe el equipamiento dado y los beneficios que aportará&amp;nbsp;a la unidad. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El 10 de diciembre de 2025, el director general del Servicio de Salud resolvió el inicio de la tramitación para la aceptación de la donación de dicho material,&amp;nbsp;valorado en 7.900,42 €, realizada por la asociación Sí Con Cáncer, a favor del&amp;nbsp;Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, para el Servicio de Rehabilitación del&amp;nbsp;Hospital de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El 11 de diciembre de 2025 el subdirector de Contabilidad y Análisis emitió un informe favorable a la aceptación de la donación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El artículo 6.j) del Decreto 39/2006, de 21 de abril, por el que se aprueban los&amp;nbsp;estatutos del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, establece que&amp;nbsp;corresponde al Consejo de Dirección aceptar las donaciones a favor del&amp;nbsp;Servicio de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Dirección del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares adopta el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Autorizar la aceptación de la donación de material diverso de bienes consistentes en equipamiento de gimnasio, valorado en 7.900,42 €, hecha por&amp;nbsp;la asociación Sí Con Cáncer, a favor del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares,&amp;nbsp;para el Servicio de Rehabilitación del Hospital de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Señalar que la aceptación de la donación no implica asumir ninguna obligación del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares hacia el donante ni&amp;nbsp;constituye un incentivo para la recomendación, compra o venta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Facultar al director general del Servicio de Salud para firmar todos los documentos relativos a la donación que sean pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Publicar este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de conformidad con el artículo 41 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la&amp;nbsp;Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
