&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Por Resolución de la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, de fecha 14 de noviembre de 2025, se aprobó la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas correspondiente al proceso selectivo mencionado, con expresión de la causa de exclusión. Las personas aspirantes disponían de un plazo de diez días hábiles, a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del IMAS, para subsanar el defecto o adjuntar los documentos que sean preceptivos, si procede, con la advertencia de que, si no subsanan el defecto o no presentan la documentación, se considerarán no presentadas. Este plazo finalizó en fecha 1 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Finalizado el plazo indicado, de acuerdo con la base 8.3, la Presidencia del IMAS tiene que dictar una resolución mediante la cual se apruebe la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Según lo establecido en la base 8.4, esta Resolución debe indicar el lugar, la fecha y la hora de realización del primer ejercicio y el orden de actuación de los aspirantes, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. De acuerdo con la base 8.3, el hecho de constar en la lista de personas admitidas no implica el reconocimiento a las personas interesadas que cumplen los requisitos para participar en esta convocatoria. Este reconocimiento quedará condicionado a la posterior acreditación del cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones de la convocatoria, de la manera establecida en la base 13.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Resolución de la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, de 15 de julio de 2024, que aprueba las bases generales que deben regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la Administración especial de la Oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2024 del Consejo de Mallorca de las ofertas de empleo público correspondientes a los ejercicios 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y las ofertas de empleo público derivadas del Plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS aprobado por el Consejo Rector día 15 de diciembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 94, de 18 de julio de 2024) con las modificaciones y rectificaciones de errores aprobados mediante la Resolución de 24 de julio de 2024 (BOIB núm. 99, de 27 de julio de 2024) y la Resolución de 7 de agosto de 2024, (BOIB núm. 105, de 10 de agosto de 2024) y la Resolución de 3 de septiembre de 2025, (BOIB núm. 119, de 6 de septiembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Resolución de la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, de 25 de julio de 2025, que aprueba la convocatoria, las bases específicas y el temario que tienen que regir el proceso selectivo, mediante el sistema concurso oposición, para cubrir una plaza vacante de personal funcionario de la escala de Administración especial, subescala técnica, clase técnico-a medio, de la especialidad Sistemas Informáticos, del grupo B, de la oferta de empleo público correspondiente al ejercicio 2023 del IMAS (BOIB núm. 101, de 31 de julio de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El artículo 7.2.13 de los Estatutos del IMAS, aprobados por el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, de día 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019) que habilita a la Presidencia para convocar y resolver los procedimientos de selección, establecer las bases, los programas y el contenido de las pruebas y nombrar los miembros de los órganos de selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas al proceso selectivo de la escala de Administración especial, subescala técnica, clase técnico-a medio, especialidad Sistemas Informáticos, del grupo B, en los términos que se establecen en el Anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Indicar que no constan personas aspirantes excluidas en el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Indicar el lugar, la fecha y la hora de realización del primer ejercicio, que se llevará a cabo el día &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25 de abril de 2026, a las 10:30 horas, en el edificio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anselm Turmeda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; ubicado en la Universidad de las Illes Balears (UIB), en la calle Ibiza, s/n de Palma, y convocar a las personas aspirantes admitidas en este proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Establecer que el hecho de constar en la lista de personas admitidas no implica el reconocimiento a las personas interesadas que cumplen los requisitos para participar en esta convocatoria. Este reconocimiento quedará condicionado a la posterior acreditación del cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones de la convocatoria, de la manera establecida en las Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Esta resolución se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del IMAS y, a los efectos oportunos, en el Portal de Selección del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB n.º 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, dentro del plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo, en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
