    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aprobación inicial de modificación de crédito 2/2026 en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario, financiado con bajas de créditos de gastos de otras partidas del presupuesto vigente no comprometidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En sesión plenaria de fecha 16 de febrero se aprobó la modificación de crédito 2/2026 en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario, financiado con bajas de créditos de gastos de otras partidas del presupuesto vigente no comprometidas, por lo cual se tiene que exponer al público en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 169 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 05 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales por si se presentan reclamaciones, que se expone a continuación resumida por capítulos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
