    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El alcalde por delegación de funciones del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Islas Baleares), ha resuelto mediante el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2025-1445, de 27 de noviembre de 2025, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el primer punto del Decreto de alcaldía núm. 2023-0960 de 29 de junio de 2023, y designar a Carolina Mendo Ciudad como concejala responsable del área municipal de Medio Ambiente y Gente Mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; El contenido del área de Medio Ambiente y Gente Mayor es el establecido, de manera ejemplificativa, en el punto segundo del Decreto de alcaldía núm. 2023-0960, de 29 de junio de 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta delegación se realiza en los mismos términos que en el Decreto de alcaldía núm. 2023-0960, de 29 de junio de 2023, y supone la dirección interna y gestión de los servicios adscritos al área pero no incluye la potestad de emitir actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, la cual está reservada al alcalde oa la Junta de Gobierno Local, según corresponda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar este decreto a la persona interesada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de este decreto al Pleno del Ayuntamiento y publicarlo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
