    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los artículos 17.&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; y 41.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, determinan, respectivamente, que el nombramiento y la separación de altos cargos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma son competencia del Gobierno, y que corresponde a los consejeros proponer al Consejo de Gobierno el nombramiento y el cese de los cargos públicos dependientes de su consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La señora Ricarda Margarita Vicens Schluhe ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de directora general de Cultura, con efectos desde el día 5 de febrero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 1/2019, a propuesta del consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, y habiéndolo considerado el Consejo de Gobierno en la sesión del día 6 de febrero de 2026,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aceptar la renuncia y disponer el cese de la señora Ricarda Margarita Vicens Schluhe, con efectos desde el día 5 de febrero de 2026, a quien se agradecen los servicios prestados.&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este decreto en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
