    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que en el BOIB núm. 14 de 29 de enero de 2026, se publicó el anuncio núm. 814 relativo al acuerdo adoptado por la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Es Castell reunida en fecha 16.01.2026 de aprobación de la Oferta de Empleo Público correspondiente al año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que se ha detectado un error en el anuncio publicado, que no en la resolución municipal de aprobación de la Oferta de Empleo Público correspondiente al año 2026, en referencia al número de plazas de la categoría auxiliar administrativo, resultando la consignación de tan sólo una (1) de ellas cuando deben ser dos (2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello y en el contexto del debido deber de publicidad de la aprobación de la Oferta de Empleo Público correspondiente al año 2026, es necesario rectificar el error detectado en el anuncio núm. 814 publicado en el BOIB núm. 14 de 29.01.2026, de la siguiente manera,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
