&lt;p&gt;El Estatuto de las Illes Balears atribuye a la Comunidad Autónoma las competencias exclusivas en materia de actividades recreativas en aguas interiores, de transporte marítimo interinsular, de la gestión del dominio público marítimo-terrestre, de pesca y de salvamento marítimo. También atribuye a la Comunidad Autónoma la competencia exclusiva en materia de juventud y la aplicación de políticas, planes y programas destinados a los jóvenes. Igualmente tiene las competencias exclusivas en materia de deporte y ocio y de fomento,&amp;nbsp;planificación y coordinación de actividades deportivas.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtud de todo esto, y haciendo uso de las competencias de gestión del dominio público marítimo-terrestre, de gestión de los puertos y de la náutica recreativa, de la intervención administrativa en materia de navegación o titulaciones náuticas deportivas, que la Comunidad Autónoma ejerce mediante la Consejería del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua, se considera adecuada la creación del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;programa «Semana Azul de las Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La importancia y la influencia del entorno marino y del mar Mediterráneo en el archipiélago de las Illes Balears y en sus residentes y visitantes es innegable, tanto desde un punto de vista turístico y económico como desde un punto de vista medioambiental, recreativo y deportivo. Se considera necesario e interesante ofrecer a los jóvenes la posibilidad de poder conocer y familiarizarse con el mundo náutico y el entorno marino y el litoral de nuestras islas, a través de la práctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el programa «Semana Azul de las Illes Balears», que empezó en 2025, se pretende acercar los jóvenes al entorno marino con la realización de actividades que permitan fomentar el respeto, la preservación del medio y del ecosistema. Desde el Gobierno de las Illes Balears se quiere promocionar, entre los jóvenes en edad escolar, el contacto y goce del entorno marino, fomentar la autonomía en la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;práctica de los deportes náuticos e introducirlos en la práctica de la navegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otro lado, la Comunidad Autónoma es un archipiélago donde la industria náutica y el sector náutico tienen un papel importante en la economía. Las Illes Balears son internacionalmente conocidas por ser un excelente destino náutico,&amp;nbsp;pero también por las empresas de mantenimiento y reparación especializadas en el sector, por las empresas destinadas al turismo náutico, por las escuelas dedicadas al deporte náutico y por los clubes náuticos. Por todo esto, se entiende adecuada la participación de este sector en la organización y desarrollo de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Semana Azul».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El año 2025, la «I Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» contó con la participación de 26 clubes náuticos y 68 escuelas de primaria de las Illes Balears, con un total de 3.382 alumnos participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desde el Gobierno de las Illes Balears, con la intención de favorecer el contacto de los jóvenes en edad escolar con el entorno marino y potenciar la práctica de los deportes náuticos, se ha creado la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Crear el programa de actividades náuticas denominado «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears», dirigido al aprendizaje y difusión de los deportes náuticos y al conocimiento, conservación y respeto al medio marino, destinado a los alumnos de quinto y sexto de educación primaria de los centros educativos sostenidos con fondos públicos de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases que deben regir el programa de la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» y que se adjuntan, como anexo 1, a esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Reservar a la Consejería del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua el derecho a modificar la oferta y el programa de actividades y adaptarlo a las necesidades que puedan surgir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Prever que se podrán incorporar nuevas entidades en las que desarrollar las actividades, así como suspender alguna de las actividades ofrecidas si, circunstancias de cualquier tipo, imposibilitan o ponen en riesgo su normal desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Prever que la Consejería del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua dictará las instrucciones necesarias para el desarrollo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Esta Resolución entrará en vigor el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero del Mar y del Ciclo de el Agua, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015,de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contenciosoadministrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La organización de la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» tiene como objetivo introducir a los jóvenes de nuestras islas en la práctica de los deportes náuticos y en el conocimiento del medio marino. Además, pretende promover la educación ambiental, favorecer la práctica de la cultura náutica desde jóvenes, y fomentar un estilo de vida saludable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Con la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» se da a conocer a los jóvenes la oferta náutica de nuestro archipiélago para fomentar la conexión con el entorno natural y posibilitar la participación de niños y jóvenes de diferentes entornos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Destinatarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» se dirige a los alumnos de quinto y sexto de educación primaria de todos los centros educativos sostenidos con fondos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requisitos que deben cumplir los alumnos participantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Formar parte de un grupo de quinto o sexto de educación primaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Saber nadar correctamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– No presentar contraindicaciones medico-sanitarias para la práctica de las actividades náuticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los centros escolares deben informar a la entidad organizadora de la actividad de la participación de alumnos con necesidades especiales, quienes deben asistir con el acompañamiento apropiado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripción del programa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El programa se debe desarrollar durante la semana del 18 al 22 de mayo de 2026 en las instalaciones de las entidades adheridas a la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las actividades que se llevarán a término durante cada día en las entidades adheridas son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Actividad náutica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se desarrollarán actividades en el mar como vela, piragua o kayak u otras actividades náuticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En función de la entidad adherida se podrá practicar una o más de estas actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades adheridas deben disponer de todo el material necesario y de monitores que expliquen el funcionamiento básico de las actividades que ofrecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Talleres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se llevarán a cabo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;talleres teóricos, que podrán ser de cariz medioambiental (para concienciar a los jóvenes sobre el impacto de la contaminación en los ecosistemas marinos),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;talleres náuticos (para introducir conceptos básicos de navegación, seguridad en el mar, etc.), y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;talleres de nudos (para manifestar la importancia de los nudos en la navegación) con actividad práctica para el aprendizaje de los nudos as de guía, ocho y plano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El programa de cada jornada de la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears», con las adaptaciones que procedan en función del número de participantes y las actividades disponibles, será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Salida del centro educativo hacia las instalaciones de la entidad adherida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Distribución de los grupos para la realización de las actividades náuticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Preparación y explicación de la actividad concreta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Realización de la actividad náutica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Merendar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Realización de los talleres específicos o medioambientales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Retorno al centro educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitud y plazo de presentación por parte de las entidades náuticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Solicitud de adhesión y plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades náuticas que se quieran adherir al programa «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» han de rellenar y presentar el compromiso incluido en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución, en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución y lo han de presentar mediante registro electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicación de información&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la página web de la Dirección General de Puertos y Transporte Marítimo (www.caib.es/sites/transportmaritim) dentro del apartado dedicado al programa «II&amp;nbsp;Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» en el que los centros participantes o aquellas personas interesadas pueden consultar toda la información actualizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitudes de los centros educativos para participar en la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La solicitud para participar en la convocatoria de la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» debe rellenarla la Dirección del centro educativo exclusivamente por medios electrónicos a través del trámite telemático de la Sede Electrónica de la CAIB (seuelectronica.caib.es). La tramitación telemática solo se completa cuando se envía la solicitud con el asistente de tramitación, con lo cual se obtiene un número&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La fecha de entrega de la solicitud es la que proporciona la Sede Electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el supuesto de que se registren más peticiones que las plazas disponibles, se priorizará los centros CAP y, en segundo lugar, se seguirá el orden de entrada de las peticiones de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. A medida que se vayan formalizando las solicitudes, los centros recibirán, con una antelación mínima de 15 días, la confirmación del día, la entidad donde se llevará a cabo la actividad y las plazas asignadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compromisos de los centros educativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los centros educativos que participen en el programa se comprometen a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Inscribir directamente a los alumnos en las actividades y obtener el preceptivo consentimiento de los padres o tutores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Organizar el transporte de ida y vuelta de los alumnos hasta la instalación en que se realice la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Aportar el personal docente de apoyo y coordinación necesario durante el desarrollo de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Hacer un buen uso de las instalaciones y del material, y abonar el coste de los daños que se puedan producir por negligencia o mal uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptimo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compromisos de las entidades adheridas a la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las entidades adheridas deben respetar los precios de las actividades&amp;nbsp;acordadas en el marco de este programa y gestionar el cobro directamente con los centros educativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las entidades adheridas deben adaptar las actividades para los alumnos con discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las entidades adheridas en el programa tienen que colocar en la entrada del recinto, de forma visible, el banderín que suministrará la Consejería del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua con información sobre el programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Las entidades adheridas deben informar a los centros educativos de las fechas y de las actividades que llevarán a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octavo&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Financiación y cobertura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Consejería del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua asume el coste de la actividad, que es de veinte euros por niño, que incluye el seguro, más un máximo de quince euros en concepto de transporte, con un límite máximo de 300.000 euros para el programa «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.Por eso, la participación de los alumnos en las actividades de la «II Semana Azul de las Illes Balears» es gratuita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las entidades adheridas deben contar con un seguro para los participantes de las actividades que incluya asistencia sanitaria y la responsabilidad civil derivada de un posible accidente o infortunio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Noveno&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Equipación recomendada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se recomienda que los participantes de las actividades de la «II Semana Azul de las Islas Baleares» tengan en cuenta que las actividades son de cariz náutico y deportivo y lleven el material siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Zapatillas de deporte, escarpines o sandalias sujetas (con suela antideslizante).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
