    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Que la Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el pasado día veinte y seis de enero de 2026, tomó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Aprobación bases de sa Rua 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Muro, por unanimidad, acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las bases reguladoras que deben regir los premios de sa Rua 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Autorizar el gasto de 4.050,00€ con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 3380.48202 del presupuesto de gastos de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar las Bases en el BOIB, en el tablón de edictos y en la página web de la Corporación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estos premios se regirán por lo que se ha fijado en la presente convocatoria; en las bases de ejecución del presupuesto, en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; Administraciones Públicas; en el Real decreto 130/2019, de 8 de marzo, por el que se regula la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones y la publicidad de las subvenciones y otras ayudas públicas, y en las restantes normas de derecho administrativo que en su caso sean aplicables, y en su defecto, las normas de derecho privado.&lt;/span&gt; El procedimiento para la concesión de estas subvenciones será en régimen de concurrencia competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Crédito Presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El crédito presupuestario al cual se imputan los premios es 3380.48202, y la cuantidad total máxima del premio son&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;4.050,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Objecto, Condiciones y Finalidad de los premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Muro, con el objetivo de potenciar la participación de las fiestas de Carnaval 2026, quieren premiar a aquellos ciudadanos que asistan disfrazados, por lo que se han elaborado las siguientes bases: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Modalidades&lt;/strong&gt; La inscripción en el Carnaval se puede realizar según los siguientes criterios: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;A) Modalidad &lt;strong&gt;CARROZA/ COMPARSA&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Definición de carroza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Vehículo grande (camión, remolque, de cuatro o más ruedas) decorado y con personajes adornados, que se utiliza en los desfiles de ciertos días de fiesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Definición de comparsa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Grupo de diez personas, al menos, que van disfrazadas y que figuran en un desfile. En caso de que vayan acompañadas de vehículos pequeños (turismos y otros vehículos de dos o tres ruedas), se considerarán parte de la comparsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;B) Modalidad &lt;strong&gt;ADULTO&lt;/strong&gt; que entran en concurso con 2 categorías &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="nobullet" start="1" style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B1 ) Categoría ADULTO INDIVIDUAL&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B2 ) Categoría ADULTO PAREJA, TRIO O CUARTETO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Plazo de inscripción&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las inscripciones se pueden formalizar por correo electrónico a festes@ajmuro.net del 7 al 12 de febrero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El hecho de participar en la Rua implica la aceptación de estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Normas&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;a) Todas las carrozas, comparsas, participantes individuales, pareja, trío o cuarteto deben designar a un responsable, su dirección de correo electrónico, un teléfono móvil de contacto durante todo el desfile y el número de personas participantes y la categoría donde participan ; Para la categoría de adultos, se deberá elegir la categoría y no podrán concursar simultáneamente a otra categoría o comparsa/carroza. Para cobrar el premio el responsable deberá ir a las dependencias municipales con el vale del premio y además deberá facilitar la fotocopia de su DNI, NIE o pasaporte y de la cuenta corriente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;b) El responsable de cada grupo lo será también de los menores que puedan participar, el Ayuntamiento de Muro se exime de cualquier responsabilidad que pueda derivarse de la participación de menores en la Rua 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;c) Cualquier incumplimiento de estas bases. También podrán emprender acciones judiciales en su contra por los daños y perjuicios que se les pueda ocasionar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;d) Los vehículos a motor que desfilen (comparsas y carrozas) deben disponer de los seguros correspondientes y los conductores deben estar en posesión del permiso de conducción adecuado en cada caso. Los vehículos de cuatro o más ruedas que desfilen deberán llevar personal de acompañamiento a pie (mínimo de una persona por cada dos metros de longitud y por lateral del vehículo que desfila) para garantizar la seguridad a terceros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;e) La Rua se celebrará el domingo 15 de febrero, a las 15.30 h. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;f) El itinerario será el siguiente: Plaça Comte d'Empúries, calle Lluís Carreres, calle Joan Massanet, Calle Libertad, calle Santa Anna y calle Juan Carlos I para acabar en la Plaça Comte d'Empúries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;g) La concentración se llevará a cabo a las 15.00 h del domingo día 15 de febrero, en la Plaça Comte d'Empúries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;h) Todos los participantes en la Rua deben llevar, en un lugar bien visible durante el desfile, el adhesivo con el número de identificación que se les entregará durante la concentración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Jurado de la categoría ADULTOS&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Estará formado por 3 personas relacionadas con el mundo de la moda y confección y/o animación y entretenimiento y se valorará tanto el disfraz como la caracterización/ interpretación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los premios pueden quedar desiertos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las decisiones del jurado serán inapelables &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Premios&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;PREMIOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN PARA COMPARSAS O CARROZAS&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De 10 a 15 participantes 100€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De 16 a 25 participantes 150€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Más de 25 participantes 200€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los participantes podrán ir a pie o sobre la carroza &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONCURSO DE DISFRACES MODALIDAD ADULTO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Categoría INDIVIDUAL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1R Premio 75€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2º Premio 60€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3er Premio 40€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Categoría PAREJA - TRIO O CUARTETO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1er Premio 100€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2º Premio 75€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3er Premio 50€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;A las 17 h al finalizar Sa Rua, gran fiesta infantil con cucorba y una vez finalizada la actuación se harán entrega de los vales de participación y se darán a conocer los ganadores/as de las categorías de adulto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Requisitos para Solicitar el Premio y la Forma de acrediarlos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los/las participantes que hayan resultado ganadores/as tienen que presentar una solicitud de abonamineto del premio en el registro del Ayuntamiento adjuntando: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Instancia general, solicitante cobro del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vale del premio obtenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Certificado de titularidad de la cuenta bancaria donde deseas que te hagan el abonamiento de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fotocopia del NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Órgano Competente para la Instrucción y Resolución del Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver será&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. Termino de Presentación de Sollicitud y Documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Loa/las ganadores/as tendrán el plazo de 1 mes para presentar la solicitud de abonameinto desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la celebración de la festividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. Fin de la Via Administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acto de resolución de la subvención agota la vía administrativa. De acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, contra esta resolución podrá interponerse recurso potestativo de reposición ante Alcalde de este Ayuntamiento, en el término de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción de la notificación, o bien directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo delante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12. Criterios de Valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las valoraciones se realizaran por un jurado de personas imparciales con criterios definidos por el propio jurado basado en las diferentes categorías del concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13. Medios de notificación o publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las notificaciones se practicarán en el lugar y por el medio que el solicitante haga constar al efecto en la solicitud, teniendo en cuenta lo fijado a estos efectos en el artículo 41 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.Aceptación de las bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La mera participación en esta convocatoria implica la total aceptación de las Bases Reguladoras de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
