Las entidades que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta resolución han presentado a la Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para apoyar la organización de eventos deportivos que se celebren en temporada baja y que tengan un impacto significativo en el conjunto del sistema deportivo y turístico en las Islas Baleares <strong>respecto al periodo comprendido entre el16 de septiembre de 2025 y el 30 de junio de 2026</strong>.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 21 de noviembre de 2025, la Comisión Técnica evaluó las solicitudes presentadas de acuerdo con los criterios de evaluación establecidos en el punto 10 de la convocatoria y emitió el informe técnico que debe servir de base a la Comisión Evaluadora para emitir el informe que fundamenta la propuesta de resolución que debe formular la Dirección General de Deportes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El 27 de noviembre de 2025, la Comisión Evaluadora se reunió para examinar el informe técnico y emitir el informe que debe servir de base al Director general de Deportes para dictar la propuesta de resolución. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. La Comisión Evaluadora examinó los expedientes y no estuvo conforme con el otorgamiento de la subvención a los solicitantes que figuraban en el anexo 1, por los motivos que se especificaban.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. El 2 de diciembre de 2025 se publicaron en la página web de la Dirección General de Deportes la propuesta de resolución de concesión y la propuesta de resolución de denegación de las subvenciones para apoyar la organización de eventos deportivos que se celebren en temporada baja y que tengan un impacto significativo en el conjunto del sistema deportivo y turístico en las Islas Baleares respecto al periodo comprendido entre el 16 de septiembre de 2025. 2025 y el 30 de junio de 2026.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Los beneficiarios han dispuesto de 10 días hábiles para presentar alegaciones y para comunicar al órgano instructor la aceptación o renuncia de la propuesta, con la indicación de que el beneficiario desiste de la propuesta si no manifiesta la aceptación en el plazo otorgado.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Se ha presentado escrito de renuncia a la propuesta de resolución, dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria, por parte de los solicitantes que se relacionan en el anexo 1.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Resolución del Consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes por la que se convocan ayudas para la organización de eventos deportivos que se celebren en temporada baja y que tengan un impacto significativo en el conjunto del sistema deportivo y turístico en las Islas Baleares para los años 2025, 2026 y 2027, financiados a través del Fondo de Impulso de Turismo Sostenible (BOIB Núm. 75, 14 de junio de 2025).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la Presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 91, de 14 de julio).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Orden 39/2025, de 23 de diciembre, del Consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación por la que se desarrollan las particularidades presupuestarias y contables que deben regir la prórroga de los presupuestos hasta que entre en vigor la ley de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2026 (BOIB núm. 173, de 30 de diciembre)</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. No conceder una subvención para la organización de eventos deportivos que se celebren en temporada baja y que tengan un impacto significativo en el conjunto del sistema deportivo y turístico en las Islas Baleares respecto al periodo comprendido entre el 16 de septiembre de 2025 y el 30 de junio de 2026, a los solicitantes que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Propuesta de Resolución, por los motivos que se especifican. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Aceptar la renuncia presentada a la propuesta de resolución, declarar concluido el procedimiento y archivar las actuaciones respecto a las solicitudes que se relacionan en el anexo 1. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
