&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Se ha publicado en el BOIB núm. 121, de 11 de septiembre de 2025, la Resolución del consejero de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera del Consejo de Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública de día 13 de enero de 2026 (BOIB núm. 8, de 15 de enero de 2026), se ha detectado un error en la numeración del orden de preferencia de dos puestos de los que está excluida una persona aspirante que debe modificarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de fecha 28 de septiembre de 2022, delega determinadas atribuciones del Consejo Ejecutivo en el consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública (ahora consejero ejecutivo o consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, de acuerdo con el BOIB núm. 95, de nº 128, de 1 de octubre de 2022), dado lo que dispone el artículo 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 2 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, en relación con el artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo lo que he expuesto, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Rectificar el error detectado en la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública de día 13 de enero de 2026 (BOIB núm. 8, de 15 de enero de 2026), mediante la cual se aprueba y se hace pública la lista definitiva de personas personales admitidas y excluidas del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de personal funcionario de carrera del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
