&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aprobación de la oferta de empleo público municipal 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;La aprobación definitiva del presupuesto general municipal, que incluye la plantilla de personal con dotación presupuestaria, se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;núm. 173, de 30 de diciembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;La propuesta de aprobación de la oferta de empleo público municipal de 2026 se sometió a negociación colectiva en fecha 27 de enero de 2026, con resultado favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Informe de intervención de día 27 de enero de 2026 con resultado favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Informe jurídico y propuesta de resolución de día 27 de enero de 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 20 de la Ley 31/2022, de 23 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales del Estado para el año 2023 (prorrogados para los años 2024, 2025 y 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 128 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 193 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 47 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, aplicable en los términos de la disposición adicional primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 37.1.l) del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, respecto a la negociación de los criterios de la oferta de empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, en ejercicio de la atribución prevista en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, adopto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Aprobar la oferta de empleo público municipal de 2026, consistente en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Plazas incluidas según la tasa ordinaria prevista en el artículo 20 LPGE 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Personal Funcionario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Denominación: Policía Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Escala: Administración especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Publicar la Oferta de empleo público en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, así como en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;y en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Convocar las plazas ofertadas en ejecución de la presente Oferta de Empleo Público dentro del plazo improrrogable de tres años a contar desde su fecha de publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra este acto, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de este acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;El recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que ha adoptado el acto, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de este acto. Si se interpone el recurso de reposición no se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que no se haya adoptado y notificado la resolución expresa del primero o haya transcurrido el plazo de un mes para ello. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya adoptado y notificado resolución expresa, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en cualquier momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podrá ejercitarse, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto de conformidad con lo que disponen la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lo que hacemos público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
