<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Asimismo, se expondrá en el tablón de edictos del Ajuntament de Capdepera, en el portal web municipal <em>www.ajcapdepera.net</em> y demás espacios de difusión de la actividad municipal.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primera. Objeto y finalidad</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Estas Convocatoria y Bases regulan el desarrollo del concurso de narrativa breve Ploma de ferro 2026. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segunda. Beneficiarios</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La categoría adulta va destinada a autores mayores de 18 años.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La categoria juvenil va destinada al alumnado de 6º de primaria de los CEIP S'Auba y CEIP S'Alzinar.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercera. Régimen jurídico</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La convocatoria se regirá por lo dispuesto en las presentes bases.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En todo aquello no previsto en las mismas se estará a lo dispuesto por lo siguiente:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- artículo 4 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de Reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de Normalización Lingüística en les Illes Balears.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Reglamento general de subvenciones 887/2006, de 21 de julio.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ajuntament de Capdepera. </span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Reglamento (UE) del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos (RGPD).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarta. Dotación presupuestaria</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Durante el ejercicio presupuestario de 2026 el Ajuntament de Capdepera destinará la cantidad de <strong>1.150€</strong>, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 330/480002.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quinta. Premios</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Se establecen los siguientes </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>premio</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>s</strong></span><span style="color:#000000">, según la categoría:</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">1. Las dotaciones económicas de los premios podrán dividirse entre dos galardones de la misma categoría.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">2. Los premios estarán sujetos a la normativa fiscal vigente.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><em><strong>b) </strong></em></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>CATEGORÍA JUVENIL: </strong></span><span style="color:#000000">un obsequio y </span><span style="color:#000000">un lote de publicaciones municipales para los diferentes premiados.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Sexta. Requisitos y obligaciones</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">1. D</span><span style="color:#000000">eberán re</span><span style="color:#000000">dactarse originalmente en lengua catalana.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Quedarán descalificadas narraciones traducidas al catalán a partir de textos originalmente escritos en otras lenguas. </span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">2. Asimismo</span><span style="color:#000000"> quedarán excluidas del certamen todas aquellas obras escritas y/o traducidas, de manera total o parcial, a partir de programarios de Inteligencia Artificial (IA).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">3. </span><span style="color:#000000">De</span><span style="color:#000000">berán ser originales e inéditas; de temática libre.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">4. Deberán redactarse en un solo texto. Es decir, no podrán estar formadas por un conjunto de relatos.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">5. No podrán presentarse narraciones que, en el momento de presentarse a este concurso, estén pendientes de veredicto de otro concurso, hayan sido galardonadas con anterioridad o editadas.</span><span style="color:#000000"> Este requisito deberá acreditarse marcando una X en la casilla de la </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>declaración jurada </strong></span><span style="color:#000000">(</span><span style="color:#000000"><em>incluida en el formulario de solicitud</em></span><span style="color:#000000">).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Se entiende por </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>editado</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"> aquel texto publicado en formato libro, bien en papel o digitalmente.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">6. Cada autor o autora sólo podrá presentar un máximo de una narración.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">7. No se admitirán narraciones cuyo autor sean diversos autores. Cada obra solamente podrá corresponder a un solo autor.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">8. </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Para tomar parte en la categoría adulta deberá</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> presentarse la documentació en cualquiera de estas modalidades de envío, según si se dispone o no de certificado digital.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>

<li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- En caso de tener que subsanar la documentación o si existiera algún error en los archivos, también se indicará.</span></span></span></span></li>
</ol>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">9. </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Características de las narraciones: </strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- D</span><span style="color:#000000">eberán contener </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>el </strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>título </strong></span><span style="color:#000000">y, si utilizara, </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>pseudónimo del autor</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"> (en la primera página o en la portada).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- En caso de hacer constar el nombre del concurso Ploma de ferro, verificar la referencia correcta a este concurso literario y no hacer constar el nombre de otro concurso literario. Toda narración con referencia errónea a los Premis Ploma de ferro quedará automáticamente fuera de concurso.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- La extensión máxima de las narraciones será de 10 folios mecanografiados por una sola cara, a doble espacio y letra tamaño 12 del tipo Arial o Times New Roman, en formato .pdf. Asimismo, los márgenes del documento serán de 2 cm en los cuatro lados.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">- Cumplir con los estándares mínimos de corrección lingüística, coherencia, cohesión y puntuación.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">10. De no reunirse todos y cada uno de los requisitos anteriores las obras quedarán automáticamente fuera de concurso.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">11. Una vez presentada una narración, si algún autor de la categoría adulta desea retirarse del concurso únicamente podrá hacerlo durante el plazo de presentación de obras </span><span style="color:#000000">(hasta el </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>20</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> de</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> marzo de 2026 a las 14 h</strong></span><span style="color:#000000">).</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">En este caso </span><span style="color:#000000">deberá hacerlo constar expresamente presentando un escrito motivado haciendo constar dicha circunstancia ante el registro general del Ajuntament de Capdepera o </span><span style="color:#000000">por cualquiera de los medios y lugares señalados en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas</span><span style="color:#000000">.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">12. El jurado se reserva el derecho de solicitar algún cambio a los autores a la hora de publicar la obra, además de efectuar las correcciones de errores ortográficos, gramaticales y de puntuación que considere oportunas.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">13. No se retornarán las obras presentadas; en consecuencia, una vez resuelta la convocatoria, se destruirán los archivos automáticamente.</span></span></span></span></p>

La participación a este concurso supone la aceptación de las condiciones establecidas en las mismas, así como de las </strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>obligaciones</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> y </strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>derechos</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> que se derivan. Asimismo, el autor se responsabiliza del cumplimiento de lo siguiente:</strong></span></span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><em><strong>b) </strong></em></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>tampoco ha sido galardonada con anterioridad ni está pendiente de ser editada.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"><em><strong>c)</strong></em></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> estar localizable (mediante teléfono móvil, fijo o correo electrónico)</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> para comunicarle el veredicto</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>, en caso de resultar ganador o ganadora.</strong></span></span></span></span></p>

Se establecerá del siguiente modo: De </span><span style="color:#000000">entre las obras presentadas, el jurado </span><span style="color:#000000">seleccionará </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>cinco </strong></span><span style="color:#000000">para la emisión de su veredicto, ordenadas de mayor a menor puntuación.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">Se publicará en el tablón de edictos del Ajuntament </span></span></span></span><em>http://ajcapdepera.sedelectronica.es/info.0</em><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000"> y será comunicado a los diferentes ganadores, según el orden obtenido en la prelación de relatos premiados efectuado por el jurado.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">De no haber podido contactar de ninguna manera con quienes hubieren resultado primer ganador según el orden de prelación, se entenderá que el autor o autora en cuestión ha perdido sus derechos de obtención del premio y, en consecuencia, pasará a otorgarse al siguiente premiado o premiada según el orden de prelación.</span></span></span></span></p>

El Ajuntament de Capdepera se hará cargo de la primera edición de las obras ganadoras, que se publicarán en soporte digital en la web </span><span style="color:#000080"><span style="color:#000000"><em>www.ajcapdepera.net</em></span></span><span style="color:#000000"> y en una publicación en papel. Asimismo se publicarán en la web de la Associació Cultural Cap Vermell </span><span style="color:#000080"><span style="color:#000000"><em>www.capvermell.org</em></span></span><span style="color:#000000"><em>,</em></span><span style="color:#000000"> entidad colaboradora del concurso.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">2. <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">La fecha de entrega de premios de la </span><span style="color:#000000"><strong>categoría adulta será</strong></span><span style="color:#000000"> el día</span><span style="color:#000000"><strong> 23 de abril de 2026 (Sant Jordi).</strong><span style="color:#000000"><strong> </strong></span>Se avisará del lugar y hora oportunamente.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000007">En cumplimiento del Reglamento (UE) del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a las personas físicas relativo a al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos (RGPD) y de</span> la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales<span style="color:#000000"> los datos de los diferentes autores serán tratadas por el Ajuntament de Capdepera únicamente con la finalidad de formar parte de una base de datos de participantes al concurso para mandar información referente a este concurso en futuras ediciones.
